Late delivery. No refund

Late delivery. Very difficult to get company to accept returns. I have still NOT been refunded after returning my parcel. Avoid!

Completely disappointed

My daughter spent time, effort and her own money to buy one for me for Christmas, ordering a month in advance. It arrived after Christmas.
This just isn't good enough.

Avoid

My order hasn't arrived. I'm so annoyed. I wish I'd seen this before I ordered. I was duped by the website and the apparent reviews. I contacted them and got a very ropey reply that it would arrive next week. It didn't

Don't be seduced by elegant website

Like the other reviewer, my propogation vases finally arrived today in a makeshift looking wax melt box all randomly taped together. I was stupidly seduced by the elegant, sophisticated looking website then after waiting for ages realised this was likely to be cheap tat from China. This was meant to be part of a Christmas present for my garden-loving mother-in-law but I can't seriously give her this. I thought it might be nicely packaged but it arrived like something second-hand sent by an eBay seller. The wood looks awful and the vases are test tube thin. Feel deliberately duped by the lovely website...what a con!

Rubbish product

A propagation station ordered Arrived a month later packaged in a totally inappropriate wax melting box which was damaged and taped together . The polystyrene packaging was all damaged and I was surprised to find the items were intact .
Poorly glued together wood and badly stained
Definitely don’t purchase from this company ,
No response to messages and definitely not the service or products it portrays on its website

Do not waste your money!

Awful quality, cheap wood glued together at such a wonky angle it barely stands upright. Glass incredibly thin and covered with machining shards. Holes in the glass are not aligned so do not sit on the rod straight. Unable to give as a gift as it looked so awful.
No response from customer service. Do not waste your money!

Terrible!!

Terrible!!! Do not purchase. The glass is SO thin and was not even close to being packaged properly. One piece arrived completely shattered. The quality of wood is also terrible! The metal bar wouldn't even fit in the terribly drilled, splintered hole. Customer service is also terrible. Don't waste your money with this Chinese company!

Feeling like I've been scammed

I ordered two propagation stations from this site. It took over a month for only one to arrive, and it wasn't even a station I ordered. I have reached out the PlantPotters through email and via social media with no reply. I'm pretty disappointed because I was excited about the stations I actually ordered.
