What can I say , I’ve ordered three times and everything has come watered and perfectly packed and quickly and excellent quality, I even got a hand written note on my invoice from one of the owners- Vicky with some advice on planting and what to do if anything was broken off in transit !!!! I have purchased several heuchera from this company and they all arrive in a good condition. And they also have such a wide range of selections. The delivery is fast too.

Very healthy plants were delivered within a week with good packaging. This was the 3rd time order, each time several plants, all goes really well in our shady clay soil garden. Their plants grow much better than ones from other online plants shops and even better than ones from physical nurseries.
We will keep ordering and fill our garden beds with their collection.

Have had a few of orders from this site, plants of excellent quality, pretty well packed for delivery.
You can asked to be emailed when an out of stock item comes back into stock, which has happened a couple of times.
My last order was placed when an item came back into stock, unfortunately out of the 3 plants received it wasn’t one of them, I wouldn’t have placed the order if I’d known that would happen. I emailed them as instructed on the delivery note if you have a problem, sadly they didn’t respond at all.
So you take your chances.
