World Class Rock climber banned for life even after he met there penalty requirements

I have been climbing in this gym for at least 5 years before the incident happened. I als had been there tree service contractor for the same amount of time.
We had a beneificial retaionship
My GF was not lead belay certified and I fell and she dropped me.
So the gym now called Movement banned me from Belaying for 14 months only I wasn't the one who dropped me. I could rock climb there just not belay.
They told me after 14 months I would have to have someone I know and we would take the lead belay test. Gary Thunen and I did the test and passed with
flying colors. Sometime passed and I didn't climb there and when I went back some asked about my lead belay card. So they went into the system and the person who tested us never wrote down that we had passed the test and I was off suspension. This is a direct result of the gym paying to little to their employees so they always leave they probably have a 50% attrition rate.
So now I Chris Bellizzi ( who have been climbing longer than most of the staff have been alive) and WHO HAS NEVER EVER DROPPED ANYONE ON MY BELAY) I AM PERMANNENTLY BANNED FROM THIS GYM.THIS IS SOME LAME AS STUFF.
TO TOP IT OFF I HAVE A MEMBERSHIP I CANNOT EVEN USE WTH I want an apology

Brilliant service from Dan

We recently had quartz countertops installed by Planet Granite in our kitchen, and the process was straightforward—just make sure to secure your installation date early on. We encountered a hiccup during the process and initially received no responses, but once we got in touch with Dan, he was absolutely brilliant. His professional demeanor and quick problem-solving skills were excellent. Thank you very much, Dan, for your help!

Over The Moon

Had a great experience working with the entire team at Planet Granite. And would recommend to anyone looking to install worktops. Initial advice was great and after choosing our worktop the template was done. Our decision to have a matching splash back and island etc... resulted in a stunning finish. I must applaud Russ, Dan, Richard and Steve for giving us our dream kitchen. I was even lucky enough to drop by the day my worktops were being cut so was fully immersed in the experience and made to feel very welcome. What was an unexpected surprise on the day was the way in which the team managed to continue the pattern on the vein of the worktop into the splash back. They said they would try but they actually delivered. Thanks guys.

Can’t recommend Dan from Planet Granite…

Can’t recommend Dan from Planet Granite enough.
They have such a brilliant variety of worktops, not only for kitchens but bathrooms too. All members of staff made me feel welcome and after doing my research, as well as several quotes from other company’s, Planet Granite is by far the best! There helpful team took the stress out of finding my perfect kitchen worktop, which didn’t lack in quality or service. Im so impressed with the finishing product and I’m more than looking forward to having a bathroom worktop done by them too!
Thank you all at Planet Granite

Did a great job. Everything was measured with precision.
The fitting was carried out with a great deal of care and it looks fantastic.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could have rated zero, I would have done.
Ordered substantial workshops for a 4x1.5m island, plus 5m unit top in January 2020. They quoted, surveyed, I paid, then had a call from Ryan in the showroom 2 days before fitting was due to be told he hadn't quoted correctly and wanted another £700. If I didn't agree, he'd probably be sacked.....I paid, as we all make mistakes at times and thought no more of it.
I had to chase the morning of the fitting as no contact had been made, so had to guess on arrival times etc. These are small details but I should have realised at the time that this is in no way a professional set up.
The worktops were fitted in one day and all seemed ok, but afterwards, the seals started to come out in various areas. The seamless looking joins started to look poor, so I contacted them. This was newly lockdown, so made a point in my email to say I appreciated the timing, but I just wanted to inform them (with photos to show), and when they were in a position to, would they arrange to have this looked at.
Then no response over coming months so I got in touch in July and started corresponding with Katy in customer service. Their website (and still to this day, does not say they are closed). Eventually after several more months of me getting in contact every now and again for an up date, in September a date was given for November. This date came (made sure I was not at work and at home), and no one turned up. Rang, rearranged, again, no one turned up. Then after me chasing yet again, a date was set for second week of January. Then 2 days beforehand, the fitters have come down with COVID....they would 'be in touch shortly' (this is their favourite saying), what it actually means is no one cares and in no uncertain terms, will you be contacted. I had an email from Russ who told me he also, would be in touch shortly, which was in January. Nothing. I chased again on 27th Jan. Nothing. Contacted again 8th Feb saying the owner and a sales member have come down with COVID, then the polishers..... so we'll be in touch shortly. I emailed this week asking for an up date and have had an email from 'Planet Granite', (no name wanted to be given clearly), saying Katy no longer works there and for me to call after 12th April, so I assume they've now decided to close? Maybe reopen on the 12th? They won't contact me though, I yet again was told to contact them. I've since responded and nothing......unsurprisingly.
I am a business owner and appreciate the logistics and difficulty of running a business through COVID, (especially one that visits residential settings which we do too), but never have I given or experienced such awful customer service. The aftercare is beyond appalling. I would NEVER recommend this company. It seems they like to ignore rather than deal with a situation and that's just not what you need with something like this. I suppose I will have to contact another company and pay to get this fixed. Though hugely sympathetic to the challenges of the last year, not one, but a number of people from this company have given poor customer service on a level I find shocking. I can't even blame just one fo them!
I've let off writing such a scathing review for such a long time now hoping that something would be sorted, if just an email to say they understand and are committed to putting their shoddy work right, but I think this is way above the level this company is able or trained to give.
Order at your own risk.

See you in court

DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS.
DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE - will save you a lot of effort in the long run.

To say it’s pained me even having to click on 1 star would be an understatement.
Shocking lack of customer service from start to finish. Ryan, Russ and owner Steve are absolutely appalling.
Basically they have fitted the wrong work top and blamed me for there mistake.
Owner Steve couldn’t even hold a conversation- all he could do was shout and swear.
Ive been called a liar. A Pratt. All because of there mistake.
I have an invoice of what I ordered. I have something completely different fitted.
I have no end of messages from people after seeing my social media post informing what a complete unprofessional cowboy Steve is.

All I can say is do your research and hopefully disgusting people like this will cease to trade!

We had our kitchen worktop last year…

We had our kitchen worktop last year (2019) and it looks lovely. However when it was fitted,a couple of our new kitchen units was splashed with acetate and unfortunately they need to be replaced. We contacted them last September to inform them and Jason came out to have a look and took pictures. Needless to say a year on and after many phone calls the doors are still NOT replaced. Your aftercare is SHOCKING. I have put off writing this review because of current events concerning lockdown. I would not recommend this company solely because of your lack of aftercare services

Very disappointed with customer service…

Very disappointed with customer service from Planet Granite - product seems ok, but we've encountered several issues with the installation only 6 months into the life of the island - and Steve and the Team at Planet Granite appear determined to put their heads firmly in the sand. No response on phone, email or social media. Very poor customer service and a disappointed customer that cannot recommend this experience.

Evidently PG care more about new sales than existing customers...

Terrible customer service and manager

I have just had one of the rudest phone calls in my life with the manager of this company. They have no clue about customer service. They have not had he courtesy to get in contact with their customers they have pre-existing appointments with during this time and tell them they are cancelled. Apparently it's obvious and I'm meant to know that from the "TV" well what a way to treat your customer when they've paid you such a lot of money for a service and would just like to have it confirmed that you aren't coming. Not every business has taken the same decision as you and so i don't think it is easy to assume that you wouldn't turn up and put myself or others I live with in danger.

Has anyone else had their order and…

Has anyone else had their order and fitting cancelled just before Christmas? Ours should have been fitted last week and the company cancelled on us the day before they were due to template. So I’m now left with no kitchen worktops for Christmas.
