We are assuming the person who received the package incorrectly opened the package before bringing it to our customer. The product they had purchased was a brand new and recently received item from our vendor.

The cost of returning this package was…
The cost of returning this package was one dollar less than the purchase price itself. Why won’t you take an unused unopened package back free of charge? How can somebody buy something online and know whether it fits or not? They can’t. And you have no phone number to call and speak to somebody. So I now own a pair of cycling undies that cuts the circulation off in my legs that I will never be able to wear. What a waste of material and what a waste of my money and what a waste of my time going to three different UPS stores. Zero stars.

We apologize for this customer experience. Our returns policy is comparable and competitive with all of our competitors who also charge return shipping fees in cases where an error was not made. Paying shipping both ways as well as refunding the product essentially puts us in a situation where we are paying customers to try items out. This would not be a sustainable business practice for us.

Hard to find Tallboy
Fantastic price for the Santa Cruz Tallboy, but the ordering process was frustrating. The bike took a week longer than expected to arrive and was disassembled more than expected. Ultimately, happy with the bike and the build process was a good lesson.
