I had the pleasure of working with Pipe’s Plumbing in July 2024 during a complete remodel of a townhouse, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They handled several key projects for me, including replacing a bathtub and surround, installing a new toilet, replacing all angle stops, running a water line for a refrigerator, and reworking the sinks in the primary bathroom.

From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, trustworthy, and honest. The team was always punctual and respectful of my property. Their attention to detail and high-quality workmanship were evident in every aspect of the job.

Pipes Plumbing was referred to us by a recently retired plumber which we had used in the past. While we know the owners from our sons sports we had not used Pipes plumbing as of yet... Ruth Bently is a very conscientious, and diligent representative who always returns our calls with accurate information. All of the plumbers showed up on time and knew what they were doing! We had additional items that needed repair and they were happy to do it for us! We HIGHLY recommend Pipes plumbing for any and all plumbing jobs.

Found multiple issues and troubleshooted the best solution - without breaking the bank. Verne was great at explaining what was taking place, as well as coming up with the best solution. The office staff was great at helping us figure out the best option for bathroom upgrades and had amazing communication. We really felt comfortable and taken care of. Would use again in a heartbeat!

My deep admiration and trust towards Pipes Plumbing began in 1996 after I moved into my new home.I had a shower pan problem on the second floor that was leaking into my kitchen.
The job was completed in the most professional manner with both Ruth and Verne communicating to me every step of the way. The job was done way above industry standards,and after that I was hooked.
Fast forward today as I cannot tell you of how satisfied I am of this company. After numerous large jobs on my personal residence,rental properties and my professional office I can now tell you that there is no other people that I would use and trust.
In this day and age when you hear other contractors that perform substandard work——I’m fortunate to have one number to call for all my needs and that is Ruth Bentley.
She is just amazing coordinating all the subs and making sure that everyone arrives on time and deals with third party insurance carriers. She is a GODSEND!!!!
Verne,her husband is not only a plumber but also a general contractor. His eye for detail and vision is beyond reproach. His designs are similar to an architect and he will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with all jobs that have been completed.
He and Ruth take pride in running their business and are highly regarded for their excellent work and meticulous attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

I have been a customer of Pipes Plumbing going back to 2007, when we contracted with Pipes to do a full remodel of our condo after an interior flood. After being very impressed with their professionalism and high quality of work, I have continued to work with Pipes on multiple properties every year since. Pipes is the best contractor I've ever worked with hands down. Beyond plumbing jobs, Pipes is also an exceptional go-to team for remodeling work, and I have contracted with them on multiple remodeling projects.
