It’s a good quality pillow, but it’s very firm and it’s not for me, so eating a 100 dollars for something I’m never going to use sucks. I’d much rather have a pillow that someone else tested than waste my money and their product because there’s no returns.

My favorite knee pillow ever
My favorite knee pillow ever! I’ve tried other kinds and this is the only one i like. Now I’m buying a second one because my boyfriend stole mine. I love that it stays cool because my legs get hot when I’m sleeping. I’m sad whenever i travel and don’t have it!

Fantastic Pillow – High Quality and USA Made
I bought a buckwheat pillow from Pine Tales and couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is excellent, and it came overstuffed, which makes it easy to adjust to your liking. It’s clear that care went into making it. My wife was so jealous of mine that she ordered a different brand off Amazon—and was pretty disappointed. The Pine Tales pillow is better in every way. We ended up getting her one too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic product, fast shipping!

I love the knee pillow!

Beware- they do not accept returns, even the day it was received.
The pillow is larger than I realized and it is very hard, even after removing some of the buckwheat.
But my major upset is your return policy. I have never heard of something sold online that is not returnable. This should be made more clear. I would not have purchased it

Great on every level …
I ordered a knee pillow and after only two nights with it I feel like it is everything I have needed to get a better nights sleep as a side sleeper - it feels very natural to my body . Pine Tales is a class act company . I believe I ordered one other pillow in the past and from quick shipping to their great packaging and quality of the products, I always feel an intentional aesthetic craftsmanship in every item .

Healthy Knee Pillow, 10/10 recommend
Fastest shipping ever! This showed up the next day. I was looking to replace my memory foam knee pillow but realized most memory foams have a ton of chemicals and toxins. This millet knee pillow is an amazing alternative, I wish I had found it sooner!

While placing my order
While placing my order, I did not see an option to send it to a different address and I clicked by accident! Then even though I immediately I tried contact them,….they answered too late and refused to do anything..so I said I will dispute it with my credit card company….this was my response :
This was the All Sales are final as per our return policy.
This means no changes can be made after an order is placed.
If you don’t understand that and feel like you have to dispute with your credit card for an error you made, then we will be forced to open a case with a small claims court to protect our business from fraud.
So I decided to not only dispute it with my credit card company, but report it to the Better Business Bureau and write a bad review!
As you can see by the response below they do not have good business practices-they’re selling a buckwheat hull pillow for over $100 each /and that’s on sale! Who is taking advantage of who? I just asked for my shipment to go to another address as it was a gift and, this is what I get….

You did it to yourself! Look at the reviews of your business practices and how your responses are to your paying customers…that says it all!
Look into the time of my order and the time of my email and you will see I tried to contact you right away…I am a senior and I am not so good on the computer as well $200 is a lot of money to loose- you should be more considerate with your policies when there’s been mistakes and I shouldn’t have to absorb anything when you could easily have just changed the shipping address.
Also I did see that you requested UPS return the shipment back to you ..so that I will not even get it. Does this mean that this is resolved? Will I be getting a refund or will you be redirecting it to the person I was gifting it to?

Quality and a good night's sleep
This is the second order that I have made from Pinetales. The quality of these buckwheat pillows is exceptional from the materials to the Buckwheat itself I have been sleeping with buckwheat pillows for over 10 years and I have tried a few other brands. I am impressed by the high quality cover and that the buckwheat comes from America and is pest and odor free. These pillows are always completely filled and I remove quite a bit for a comfortable sleep. I just recently ordered a smaller pillow for traveling and there were some issues with the delivery. The customer service department took good care of me and they were wonderful to deal with. This company puts out one of the best buckwheat pillows that I have purchased. I highly recommend Pinetales for a good night's sleep.

Great for cervical/spine issues
Having recently diagnosed cervical issues, I've been searching for a good pillow that correctly aligns my neck/spine at night. Although a bit pricey, the PineTales millet pillow is perfect! I definitely took the advice of other reviews and removed about 2 gallons of fill out of the pillow to adjust for comfort. I also having lower spine issues so not having my head too high is better for my spine.
From a marketing standpoint, the packaging was perfect along with the card/paper inserts. The pillow itself comes in a black zipbag which can be repurposed or in my case, is currently storing my extra fill in plastic bags.
Would definitely recommend this product!

From expedient shipping to complete comfort.
I received my Pinetails standard size millet pillow along with a knee pillow for side sleeping so fast after ordering. The shipping was great. I slept on the pillow without removing any millet hulls and had a wonderful night sleep with absolutely zero neck pain for the first time in years, but decided to take a bit out. I love that the pillows are over filled and there is room to adjust the density. I also am really glad I opted for the miller over the buckwheat personally as the millet is so soft and perfectly forms to my head and neck. The double zipped pillow case is well made and I had no problem adjusting how many hulls were inside. 10/10

Neck pain erased
Easily the best night sleeps I've had in my adult life. I would wake up every morning with a horrible neck ache/headache and those have went away entirely I have the bamboo buckwheat pillow and when my girlfriend had a pinched nerve in her neck I let her borrow my pillow in one night her pain went almost entirely away. We immediately got her a millet bamboo pillow and we are both in love
