Deceptive Advertising
I was in a hurry to get frames. These were more than I wanted to spend but they were supposed to be 40% off if I joined the email list. When I completed my order I saw that the original price I saw was allegedly the discounted price from some supposed “original price” I never saw, so I got no discount. What a ripoff!

I have lost all my order history and photo uploads after the website was redone a few years ago. I was told my info would be migrated over then, but it never was.

So I would hope nobody orders from here and excepts a quality product. Acrylic "UV" glass not cut to specs nor was it even UV glass as advertised. The frames were cheap and could have gotten better product for cheaper at a local hobby lobby. Everything thrown together for 150 dollars is atrocious.

Being able to speak to someone was absolutely essential. I'm an experienced framer. The very detailed system on your website did not accommodate the fact that I was working with a mat of precut size and needed the frame to match. Your system backs up to the image and wants to add the mat width. I simply wanted to order a specific size frame. The person on the phone was most helpful.
