I have payed for a drone through the photo4less site with Apple pay and had no proof of purchase return email or delivery of product.
I have emailed the company 3 times to explaining my situation and just get into long email chains which end with we cannot help and rate my experience.
All I want is my drone or money back the site looks legitimate but I feel it has been corrupted as nobody can see any evidence of my the transaction. I have a screen shot of the payment, the money has left my account but no email showing my order number. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I ordered a dji mini 2 from these on 28th October 2023, received confirmation of the order but nothing since, no way of contacting them either on their website or number absolute con Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. I ordered a DJI Mini 2 for a Christmas present. I received an email confirmation but then did not receive any confirmation on dispatch info. The website shows all these great reviews quick delivery that is not true. I have contacted them 3 times and got an automated message saying we will contact you within 24 hours. That never happens. I tried calling the number provided on the website for it to go to a voicemail. Left a message and no call back. So they have my money and i have no drone. Absolute con!

My four boxes came quickly, but unfortunately they were not the same measurement that was advertised for 4x6 up to 4x7 pictures. As I understand it this is the fault of Pioneer, who puts these photo boxes out and markets them on different venues as photo boxes that are 4x7. The customer service at photos4less was absolutely the best I've had in a long time. Wanted to make sure I was pleased, gave me a complete refund, even though I never asked for one, and then sent an additional email and called to make sure I had received it, and had gotten all my questions answered. Outstanding.
But as for the Pioneer boxes, I am loading them with pictures now because I am in a hurry and needed a box. It is half full and very heavy. I have yet to see if they will hold up.
They are regular shoe box sized, and on every site I look at it seems like they claim they are 4x7, but they are certainly not that size at all. Other stores I looked around at online had some that might be, but I haven't looked in person yet. I'm in a hurry to get rid of my big photo albums to sell the house. These are pretty green boxes which might do the job, and they have flimsy paper dividers (which I will use out of necessity) inside them, and a thin silver label holder on the front. If I fill them up with pictures I'm not sure it will not tear like someone else showed in their picture. But I am willing to try.

This is the camera I have wanted for awhile. So glad I found it. Very easy to use. I just want to point and shoot. Nothing complicated for me. I received it very quickly after ordering it---thank you for that.
