Absolute Scammers. Do not go near them. Won't respond to my E Mails. I'll flood them with E Mails until they refund me.

I won't let these thieves away on principal alone. Scammers!!

I recommend anyone having a problem getting a refund contacts their bank. I got a full refund from Revolut after contacting them. Don't let these shysters away with it.

Don't trust these guys

Don't trust these guys. It's effectively fraud. They take your money then tell you a few days later they can't provide you with the unlock code and they will refund you. The refund never arrives and they are unresponsive to follow up emails.

Scam

UPDATE: I reported the website to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, as they also have Irish contact details. I will also report them to Gardaí, but after contacting Revolut, proving order was paid, unfulfilled and no replies to my emails looking for refund, I received a chargeback. The amount is fairly minor, but it's about the principle. The 'company' is purely robbing people and relying on them letting it go.

As almost everyone else states, this company is a scam. I needed to urgently unlock my phone, despite them advertising an instant unlock. 24 hours later I received an email saying unlock failure and I'd get my money refunded. As everyone before me, no refund arrived on my account.

I should've read the reviews before engaging with this so called company and I will consider other avenues to make sure no one else falls for this scam.

Just Go Elsewhere

Just go elsewhere - shame I didn't read the reviews on here first.

Went with them as need an unlock in a hurry.....24 hrs later....no code (despite them advertising "instant"... eventually got an email saying it had failed and I would get a refund in 7 to 10 days....Guess what....no refund....emailed them....no response.....chased again....today got an email (nearly a month later) that the refund has been processed....I'm not holding my breath.....

Oh, and went back to EE who supplied the phone - they gave the code for free after filling in a simple Web form!

Didn’t realise my phone would need…

Didn’t realise my phone would need unlocking with a different sim provider so panicked when couldn’t use phone. These people feed on this, promise you a quick solution for not very much money but in reality do nothing. The fact they don’t take PayPal payments should ring bells as you can get chargebacks if there is a problem. Weird how they’ll offer to refund via PayPal though which has got me worried they’re now trying to scam my PayPal account so have asked why they can’t refund to my card. No reply for the last 4 weeks. What an easy scam to set up, even taking people’s money for a few months and making interest off it. Not holding my breath for a refund but am reluctant to share any other info with them so might swallow it and learn a lesson. My own phone provider (Tesco) actually did it free and pretty quick anyway so you don’t need these people.

Avoid - if no code found no refund despite email saying so.

Avoid. In the event of a no code they promise a refund which never transpires. Plenty more reputable and trustworthy companies to use than this one.

From their email : A full refund has been processed. Please allow 5-7 days for this to show in your account. If you have any questions, please reply directly to this email including your order number.

They ignore any repeated requests for a refund to be processed.
