My order for 2 cases of cat food didn't…

My order for 2 cases of cat food didn't go through because your website said OUT OF STOCK. So, I ordered elsewhere.
Next thing I know the order from you guys went through, visa charge and all, but so did my "elsewhere" order. Now I have 4 cases of cat food. Ugh......

Rep was very helpful and polite but..

Rep was very helpful and polite, however, the task was not completed as promised. I was told my order could not be cancelled due to it already being packed up, however, I was told that they would issues a return thru FedEx for the package to immediately be returned to sender once FedEx has the package, but according to tracking, the package will be delivered today, now I will need to contact them again to have this returned while I continue to wait for a refund. Not petflows fault, however, my point is that they should not tell customers something and then the opposite occurs.

Gabby made my experience great. She was courteous, and swiftly came back to me with a resolution that took immediate affect. Pleasantly surprised she had corrected it so quickly while keeping me updated on next steps. Means a lot bc my dog is currently going thru a pancreatitis flare up and getting this ordered at good price is paramount. Gabby should get something for her above average service - seriously.. do it!

BEWARE of prescriptions

My dog is on a prescription dog food. They cancelled an order at the last minute because they didn't have in stock (even though I & I imagine others were on auto-ship). This left me without food.
They began sending me food again when they got it in again months later. My vet had changed my dog's prescription. They will not take a return, so I have 2 bags of $300 of food that my dog can't eat. I will NOT use this site again!

Worse than bugs - PETFLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE

2nd time my bag of Merrick infused kibble became infested with bugs. When I called this second time, I was asked why I didn't call sooner! Wait! What? Bag was ordered May 15, 2025 and was opened one week ago today which is June 17, 2025. Bugs appeared yesterday evening, but PetFlow was closed. Call first thing this morning after calling Merrick. Rep threw out all the reasons this was my fault or red flags. I keep this food (small bag) in a pricey Vault container inside my kitchen cabinet. So horrible, I said to cancel my subscription and her reply 'already done'. NEVER NEVER NEVER! JUST HORRIBLE. Trust me - stay away!
