I like that I can check on my fur kids while I'm at work. I'm using the camera without a subscription so the video and audio is a little glitchy but I'm ok with it. I also like that I have control of the audio and that I can scan the room side to side and up and down. Great product.

This company is extremely unprofessional and not customer friendly at all.
They did not do anything for me when my cube stopped working for no reason. I said my petcube was broken that I purchased in November of 2024. They asked for a receipt which is ridiculous, but I asked my 68 year old mother to look for it. She sent me her bank transactions with the transaction on it, which is clearly not a receipt. I went to the Target we purchased the faulty petcube and was told Target doesn’t keep receipts for more than 60 days.
Petcube did not send me a new petcube as I was told they would.
I am very dissatisfied. Nothing was resolved and their product stopped working for absolutely no reason after less than a month of owning it.
I will not be a revisiting customer and I find it extremely offensive they keep sending me coupons for their product that broke for no reason.
I wish they would leave me alone unless they plan on sending me a new petcube.

After trying everything with my internet provider I tried asking the petcube team for any ideas, even though it wasn't a camera problem. I'm very happy I did, the team were great. Gave me a number of options (not given by the internet company) about how to troubleshoot and figure out how to get my cameras working again.
After getting them working, then not a couple of times and the team helping me through more options each time I'm very happy to say they are up and running!!
I should also say, they could have tried to up sell me to a product that works on 5Ghz but they didn't and worked with me to get the products / camera's I had up and working. I think them very much in getting me back up and running as it was getting frustrating getting now help from the internet provider in regards to modem settings.

After a while I came across Petcube. I looked into and I’m so glad I took my time. The audio, video, and field of view are great! Easy setup and there’s so many great features that make it a camera specially designed for monitoring pets.
I absolutely highly recommended Petcube to anyone and everyone!

I bought one of these fancy items, after a few weeks, you notice that you are not using it. Here, I detail why:
It was throwing treats everywhere and my dog never could feel connected with the device, rather than that, he was scared of it. The quality of the voice was not also good as in so far as my dog did not care or react at all about hearing my voice through it when I was out. It ended up being a camera in the house, and well for a camera in the house the money we pay is much more than what we should. The rest of functions become useless. This is my experience, and may not suit everyone. Their customer service was good, and responsive, but my review is not for their customer service, which was again, excellent and prompt, but rather than that it is for the product they sell.

Set up of this collar was a breeze! I love that you don't need wifi to set it up unlike most tracking collars.
The only issue I have had is it says my dog goes to the same area every day on our walk. Which shows her going about 2 blocks away. However she does not go there. But I have checked the mileage and my route to my phone and the mileage is the same as my phone. It's weird. Now that I know that. I just ignore it. Other than that the tracker is extremely accurate. Even the sound option is great! It helps recall her when off leash so I'm not raising my voice to get her attention!
The reason I got this collar is due to owning a high energy, far ranging vizsla. I wanted to check how many miles she was running off leash compared to my walk in our fields.

The Petcube minicam enables me to easily supervise my foster kittens and my pet cats from afar. It's not expensive to buy and free to use. I've gone from owning just one to having 5. I highly recommend them.

It was Great until it wasn’t! My camera got hacked! It was 3am in the morning and my camera made a noise and then it started to rotate which you could tell someone was on it I then went and checked the location of signed in devices and it had one from 4 weeks ago from Sydney ( I don’t live in Sydney) and then right then it had someone from Coffs Harbour I felt sick to my stomach and instantly deleted everything I could off the app and then then deleted my account I’m horrified and absolutely devastated this has happen

Their FAQ contains deliberately miss leading responses to questions to make you think that certain additional features are being developed and will be added. I have contacted customer services on multiple times to see when features will be implemented based on promises in the FAQ and they have told me they have no intention of adding them. I have asked if they will updated their FAQ and they say yes thank you for the feedback. 6 months later after multiple follow ups they haven't changed anything.
Edit based on response: This is exactly my point, the feature I am referring to is web browser interface. In your FAQ you state "Having web access is something that is on our radar though and we are making some small steps in that direction" however in your response below you state "This means that the features you've inquired about are not currently scheduled for implementation." You clearly don't care if your FAQ is presenting correct information or are not reviewing it as you have said.

The camera works very well, and I am happy for that. However, since a few weeks ago we notice that while we were in the house, particularly in the living room where we currently have the camera app, my husband and I started to feel uncomfortable when we would occasionally hear the sound. The same sound when I use the app to check my dog. It gives us the impression that someone somewhere else is watching.
