Ordered artwork almost 2 months
Ordered artwork almost 2 months, approved final image, nothing received to date
Emailed and attempted contact numerous times, no response form either.
After reading other reviews, it appears they have serious problems with order fulfillment and getting timely responses from them.
I love their product, but actually getting the artwork you paid for may not happen.
It is a shame, they have a good product, they just don't now how to fulfill their orders

I never received what I paid for. Maybe I missed a text message or accidentally deleted one or maybe I never got a text or message. Communication is not very good. I never got what I paid for. So now what do we do from here. Perhaps getting this reminder to review my experience means I can expect to receive my item very soon. Should I get my item I’d be happy to review again. As of now I have nothing and find the communication to be very weak and a problem

I wasn’t happy with the 1st picture and it took several adjustments to finally get my dogs snout right, then they just couldn’t be bothered to add the back ground.
I also expect a canvas delivered to my door. They say that it clearly says what you’re buying but so many people like me thought they were buying a nice canvas??? Clearly not very clear!!! Nobody would pay the crazy price they ask for a digital print! Scam! Not happy at all!

Great portraits and a nice way to remember my dogs.
I found pet creations online after seeing some YouTube videos. My family recently lost two dogs almost a year apart. When we first lost our boy Balou I wanted to remember him the first time we brought him to our home, with a picture that we took where it seemed to us like he was happy and smiling. We decided to get a cartoon portrait of him with that smile. It was so great that when his daughter, Nala, died a year later, we decided to do something similar. The portrait was just as good as her father's. When my last dog Belle dies, she will receive the same treatment. In addition, I want to commission a portrait where all three are snuggled up with each other asleep in the rear seat area of my truck. The service is great and both portraits that I have ordered so far are unbelievable.
