I had a great experience at this pet shop! I was looking for a better litter option for my cats, and Sherilyn was incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand what I needed and recommended a litter that has worked out perfectly—way less odor and much easier to clean. My cats seem happier too! Really appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly service. Will definitely be coming back for more supplies. Thanks again, Sherilyn!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with there customer service.

I have been following up regarding a refund that was promised to be processed within 2–3 days. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive the refund. To make matters worse, the agent’s response was unprofessional and dismissive, replying in all capital letters — which came across as rude and disrespectful.

I regularly order from other online pet shops and have never encountered such poor customer service. This was my first experience with your platform, based on a recommendation from a friend, but unfortunately, it has been deeply unsatisfactory. I will certainly inform my friend of this experience and will not be placing any future orders.

The stores are good and has almost everything your pet requires. Their customer service is terrible though. Someone named Adelaide can be the worst person to speak to regarding any of your order. Speaks as though they do us a favor after they receive our order and payment.

One of the worst servives of all time and i will never deal with it ever !!!

I placed an order a month ago and paid express delivery as my cat was desperately in need for her dry food. The order came incomplete and after two days of placing the order even though in respect to their terms and conditions in the app, it was clearly stated that placing order before 12 pm, it will be received at the same day and after 12 pm, u will receive it next day. I placed it at 10.30 and received it after two days and incomplete as the other items were out of stock and was told that we will check with supplier and get back to u with no getting back to me and calling with no response even rasing complaint without efficiently handling it !!!! Even rewarding for the delay and bad service was unapproachable

Other shops and applications are way more better

Grooming was bad, he didn’t cut any hair and my dog wasn’t even fully clean. Poor service. Will not come again.

The hairdresser did not follow instructions for hairtrim near the face. Spoilt the look! We dont want same hairdresser next time. The one who came before this last time is ok to come for buddy. Please make sure for next time.

Great Place to be at their stores, convenient locations around the UAE and most importantly always close to our community we live in. We use Pet Corner Sheikh Zayed Road- staff are extremely helpful , loyal and friendly. Thank you Pet Corner for serving Jacky and Jasmine with their needs.
