The 4 days planned for me were hassle free and very well planned out. My daughter got sick on the morning of our hike and it was so nice to call the emergency number and get that taken care of. Tour guides were great and the hotels were perfect.

When I was first planning this trip I reviewed a number of the tour companies operating in Peru and narrowed my choice to PeruForLess and one other agency and I chose to book with PeruForLess because of the travel consultant I dealt with. Her name was Maribell and she was patient, responsive and genuinely made me feel that she wanted to provide me with the best vacation possible and she certainly delivered! I wanted a vacation where I was taken care of from the time I landed in Peru until the time I left and PeruForLess provided that and more. When we landed in Lima we were met by our guide - Marilyn and her driver - Alberto who drove us to our hotel - the Pullman Miraflores. Marilyn got us checked in to the hotel and then sat down with us in the lobby to go over our entire itinerary. The next morning, Sunday, we were scheduled for a Lima city group tour with Victor that we thoroughly enjoyed. On Monday our driver, Hector, picked us up from the hotel in Lima to drive us to the airport for our flight to Cusco and Hector gave us a wonderful history lesson on the way there. In Cusco we were met by Carol and her driver who once again got us checked in to our hotel, the Novotel Cusco. Carol then sat down with us to patiently go over our itinerary and give us the tickets for our tours to the Sacred Vally, Macchu Picchu, etc. On Tuesday we did our Cusco City tour with Ceasar, then on Wednesday we did our Sacred Valley tour with David who got us to the train station for the train ride to Aguas Caliente. Ceasar and David were both great hosts and very knowledgeable. In Aguas Caliente we were met by Rosa who got us checked in to the Casa Del Sol where we had a room facing the river. It was absolutely beautiful. On Thursday we took the short walk from our hotel to the bus stop for our ride up to Macchu Picchu. We hiked Huayna Picchu on our own in the morning and then met Victor at 1 p.m. for our tour of Macchu Picchu. Huayna Picchu and Macchu Picchu were absolutely breathtaking. A friend of mine described them as magical, which is an apt description.
I wanted to mention all of the PeruForLess staff by name because each and every one of them were very knowledgeable and provided us with a fabulous experience and many, many wonderful memories. We especially enjoyed Hector - our driver to the Lima airport, Carol - who gave us our in-briefing in Cusco, David - our Sacred Valley tour guide and Victor - our Macchu Picchu tour guide.
Lastly, the accommodations and the tours arranged for us were all outstanding. The hotels were all 4 star or better and situated in great locations and included a full hot breakfast buffet (not a cheapo continental) and the Casa Del Sol also included dinner.
I have already been sharing my pictures and stories with family and friends and, as I have with my family and friends, I would absolutely recommend PeruForLess for this once in a lifetime trip. PeruForLess absolutely knocked it out of the park and provided my wife and I with an incredible trip.

Our trip from Charlotte, NC to Peru, including the unforgettable Inca Trail and Machu Picchu, was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and incredibly well-organized. The Peru for Less staff provided excellent recommendations and ensured we were well-prepared, especially for the high-altitude trekking. The hotels throughout the trip were clean, comfortable, and offered great hospitality—each with its own charm and local flavor. Our guides on the Inca Trail were exceptional: knowledgeable, encouraging, and passionate about sharing Peru's rich history and culture. Their leadership and care made the challenging trek enjoyable and rewarding. Reaching Machu Picchu after four incredible days of hiking was awe-inspiring, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team or itinerary. Phenomenal time in Peru!
We booked our trip to Peru, which included visiting Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, using the PeruForLess, and that was one of the best decisions ever! Seeing all these beautiful, historical and cultural places were incredible, but everything was organized to the smallest detail by PeruForLess. All Tour Guides were well educated, professional and willing to assist with any questions and/or requests we had! Initially, we were able to build our itinerary how we wanted, what we wanted to see more/less, and PeruForLess accommodated all!

Our trip with Peru For Less was nothing short of amazing. Maribell, our advisor, made the planning so easy, was patient, listened to us, and planned the perfect trip. In country, Peru For Less just makes everything easy. They are so buttoned up. Always on time, great guides and drivers and vehicles. Great experiences and great communications at every step so there were not surprises. They are very responsive when changes or adjustments are needed. I started planning this trip for myself and my college-aged son about 6 months prior. Alejandro was the agent that helped me plan the tours and hotels and he was very patient with me. His advice was so crucial! When we landed after a long flight, exhausted, we were met by a driver and one of the agents. She spoke good English, made us feel comfortable and helped us get checked in and ready for the next morning. The hotels were great, we especially loved the Aguas Calientes hotel and the Miraflores hotel in Lima that they selected for us. Peru4Less is a trustworthy turnkey solution for a wonderful trip, they took all the stress out of it. We did a trip including Cusco city tours, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, and Miraflores. Cusco is such a treat; a traditional city, the old Incan capital and it shows. There’s also a lot of Spanish history there. It retains its local feel and flavor, even with all the tourists. Of course, Machu Picchu was the crowning gem of the trip. I didn’t do much research beforehand of the different circuits through MP, I was lucky that Alejandro set us up for the 2nd Circuit, and I would suggest that you request this path through the site. I don’t think there is a better way to take in the agriculture, the sacred places, the housing, architecture, and overall wonder of MP. Circuit 2 included all the spots I really hoped to see: the Temple of the Sun, the Three Windows, and the Sacred Rock. And it includes much more in about 3 hours. My son especially loved our tour guide, Peter, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he had a passion for the site that was contagious. Cesar was our guide in Cusco and was also a lot of fun.

I would recommend Peru4Less to anyone wanting to experience the best of Peru. We didn’t have any issues with scheduling or meeting drivers on time, it was all very smooth. Thank you, guys!!!

Wow. From the beginning, our experience was incredible. We were able to completely customize our trip. I have traveled a lot and this was my favorite trip. Cusco is my favorite place I've ever been and I hope to visit every year. We will be using Peru for Less and Latin America for Less for all of our trips. What a wonderful experience with Peru For Less! From the very early stages of planning, our rep Sergio was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and detailed in providing all the information we would need to have a successful trip. He provided standardized sheets that provided all the need to know details about Peru and our trip (packing list, money, restaurants, weather, electric outlets, etc.), and if I had any additional questions he responded quickly and with exactly the right answer. When we got to Peru the trip couldn't have gone more smoothly. Every company representative, tour guide, and driver was friendly, professional, on-time, and made every transition and experience flawless. Their 24 hr Whatsapp chat was helpful for any clarifications, but frankly all the details were in the itinerary provided through the trip. The company is highly organized and the quality of all they offered was exactly what I had hoped for.

The accommodations were lovely - the Pullman Lima Miraflores was a classy hotel with a wonderful breakfast, the Casa Andina Premium Cusco was centrally located, very nice breakfast, and they upgraded us to a suite on our last day, and the Casa del Sol Machu Picchu Hotel gave us a room facing right out to the river, which was magical!

Tour guides - Two standout tour guides were Hugo for our excursions in Cusco and the Sacred Valley and Natalie for our Food Tour in Lima (Barranco). Hugo was EXCELLENT - so knowledgeable, kind, jovial, personable, accommodating, and seemed excited about everything he showed us as if it was his first time experiencing it. It was an absolute pleasure spending nearly 2 days with him and we'd highly recommend him (request him if you can!). Shoutout to our driver Jason in Cusco (got out of his car every single time I got out to open my door, cleaned up the car every few stops, just a good guy!) Natalie was also knowledgeable and friendly, and we truly loved every place we stopped on the tour and all the food/drinks we had. Highly recommend the Barranco Food Tour (was conducted through Exquisite Peru).

It was 100% worth the value to work with Peru For Less, and I will be recommending them to anyone that is interested in visiting Peru. Thank you for an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Our family had an amazing experience using Peru for Less. They booked great tour guides, handled all the travel, and made sure we got to see everything we wanted. They even helped book an experience we learned about during our travel. I was a little nervous having someone else handle all the details, but they did a great job. PERU FOR LESS gave us an extraordinary adventure in the Amazon, Cusco, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu! Everything was so well organized! The guides were knowlegable and personalble. The hotels were excellent. The service, all around, was warm, friendly and efficient. All we had to do was "show up" in our hotel lobby for our small group tours! And, of course, the scenery and Incan sites were nothing short of awe-inspiring! We learned so much and had so much fun! I spent my 79th birthday on 7 swinging bridges in the Amazon...and my partner and I climbed half of Huana Picchu. It was simply unforgettable.

We had a great time! Bruno, at Peru for Less, did an excellent job with planning and scheduling everything including our tours outside of Peru. We were very impressed that everyone, except one person, showed up for our multitude of pick ups even when we were late due to major train delays. This was very important on the day we were scheduled to go to Machu Picchu. My wife texted the emergency number, got very quick response from them and they made the necessary adjustments so our guide was still there and we were able to get in.
They did an outstanding job with rescheduling things after we had to do a major postponement of the whole trip the prior year. The guides were pleasant and very knowledgeable.
PS- Hiking Huayna Picchu, even as senior citizens, was a great experience. It is strenuous due to the fact that is mostly steps and the steps are higher than normal height. When we were done, we didn't even know where the "stairs of death" where suppose to be😅. You would have had to work hard to seriously hurt yourself there, there were just a lot of them in a row, and at the end when you're tired. My wife wore gardening gloves and she felt that helped when she needed to use her hands.
