I live next door in a condominium overlooking this HORRIBLE RUNDOWN RAT INFESTED THUG INFESTED PLACE. The Management refuses to work with the 50 residents here at our building (our homes) when we complain about the UNBELIEVABLY LOUD OBNOXIOUS MUSIC FROM (MY OBSERVATION ONLY) GANG BANGERS who rent their garages next to us. The managers say the music can't be stopped - probably until we sue them for DISTURBING THE PEACE. These thugs absolutely refuse to lower their volume on their blasting music, and act like they will hurt us if we ask them to again. It's so loud it penetrates our concrete walls. We can't talk on our phones when its this way which is almost daily. If the management is so bad they can't help the people who live next to them, then why should anyone rent from them? POOLY MANAGED AND OPERATED. THUGS FOR TENANTS. INTIMIDATION BY TENENTS TO LAW ABIDING CITIZENS WHO HAPPEN TO UNFORTUNATELY LIVE NEXT TO THIS RAT HOLE.

Awesome place. It’s clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even the carts were in great shape. Most of all it’s secure with lots of cameras and surveillance.

Management went from bad to worse. The thief they had running their main office seems to be gone but they replaced him with a man child who has zero people skills. maybe it’s just that he’s autistic I’m not 100% sure. Wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone. They harass every tenant in our facility and refuse to unlock paid units. I don’t think the manager has much control in his own life so he’s over bearing and controlling and wildly inappropriate to random people and women who are just trying to make a living. Stay away if you are looking for a normal experience with normal people. Come on down if you like stress and dealing with weird old men who make you feel uncomfortable.
