We have had the bed about 7 years. The side my wife sleeps on has completely collapsed/ lost air. My side slowly is losing air. Called the customer service center and we both thought it was the pump then was hit with an invoice for over $400.00 for a replacement pump. The so called 25 year warranty is not a warranty at all more like a discount replacement part agreement. After unplugging the pump and disconnecting the hose for the night it completely lost all air. I would find a different bed knowing what we know now.
June 19 and 20th I have called and waited on hold for customer service and even tried the extension for new purchase and had to wait then kicked to a voicemail. We paid for a replacement air chamber. I understand it has to be shipped out. I think everyone that is looking or has this kind of bed should know, when something stops working you are with out a bed until you get the replacement parts. So for the price and lack of customer support and fast service I would recommend a different brand of bed. Like one where they answer the phone or have a store nearby.

Quickly sent out a replacement air pump but the bed is still not comfortable. the foam is torn in several places. My bed it causing so much back and hip pain, it is nearly unusable to us!

Sheets delivered to incorrect address, never did receive them. Created Fedex case, they could not resolve and told me to go back to provider. Then I had numerous calls, emails trying to resolve. I provided same information multiple times. Finally received refund. No sheets.

It looks like a sleep number, but it isn’t a sleep number. It’s been the most uncomfortable mattress my wife and I have ever had. I’m trying to return it but they aren’t responding to my emails. The mattress slopes to the middle. The only way to prevent this is to inflate it up to the top tiers which then made the mattress too stiff. I don’t recommend.

Edit: Personal Comfort did contact me to help resolve the issue. Still trying to figure out why they are not holding air, but they did kindly refund the cost of last air mattress.
This is the third ‘air bag’ I have replaced. You keep offering to sell me more- but no one will help me figure out why! This will be the last. Next time I buy a sleep number.

We purchased the split king after sleeping on a waterbed for several years. My husband loves it and sleeps through the night without shoulder pain. On the waterbed, he was only able to sleep for a few hours before he moved to his recliner to sleep.
I do not like the personal comport bed. I have been waking up with back pain every morning.
I dislike it so much that I am seriously looking for a twin size soft sided waterbed to go on my side. I miss rocking to sleep and the comfort that gave me. I have tried several different air settings and am currently using the softest setting and am still in pain.

I tried calling this morning because I didn't get any reply from an email I sent regarding my order that I received. Their voicemail told me to press one to leave a detailed message but when I did it went back to the same message over and over again that all sleep experts were helping other customers. I'm a repeat customer, but am very disappointed with how much the company has changed since my first order in 2021. It would be nice to be able to leave a detailed message, but then again I sent a detailed email with pictures but never received a reply. I hope this review will motivate Personal Comfort to reach out to me.

The delivery team has a lot to improve upon. When investing in a bed at this price point, we naturally expect a smoother logistics process. We ordered the bed, and while the base, remote, plugs, and waterproof cover were delivered two weeks later, the mattresses arrived a week after that. There was a bit of a mix-up with the third-party installation service we paid extra for; they initially thought they were only responsible for removing our old mattress. After clarifying with them, they were able to set up the new bed. Additionally, we ran into some trouble with our sheets being sent to the wrong state, which delayed their arrival by six weeks after the bed was set up. I believe that with some adjustments to coordination and communication, future deliveries could be much more efficient.
When it comes to the bed, it took some time to adjust the settings so that both my husband and I could feel comfortable. Once we found the right settings, we really enjoyed it. We had a Tempurpedic bed before this one, and I hope this new bed won't sag in the middle like the previous one did.

Love the bed. I received the shipment and one of the bases were damaged by the shipping company, I called customer service and they took care of it right away. Thumbs up to customer service and my salesman, Russell. Only issues I have is, that I thought the top foam layer was going to be like memory foam from the video I watched.

Personal Comfort really stands behind their warranty. I had an issue with my pump right before the warranty ran out and they sent me a new pump without any issue. Up until now, I had always purchased traditional mattresses and they would always cave in in the middle where I slept but I don’t have this issue with my Personal Comfort mattress.

We did not have our mattress for ten years which is what the warrenty is for. The mattress broke or had a leak. It was prorated so we had to pay to get it fixed. We did all the work to fix it and change it out. Now that we paid and you all sent us a new mattress, you are telling us that no warrenty applies anymore. You say we can't even finish up our original 10 years which is not a good business practice at all.
