Great Product. Assembly Challenging.
The design and materials are first rate. I spoke Steve and Japhet in customer service and they were great.
One area of improvement. My son and I are experienced assemblers. He is a structural engineer. We both can read blueprints. We found the instructions to be somewhat difficult to understand in critical moments. We managed to decipher them — but we are prepared to help rewrite them if you are interested.

The product itself is very high quality and I love how it looks and works for me. Maintenance free and very modern looking for my style of home. I like the feature that it opens to let the sunshine in when it’s cold yet offers shade in the hotter months. I love my new patio and it really added so much value to my house. We do a lot of projects over here and this was one of the easiest by far. Everything was ready to be put together the slat wall was pre drilled and the shades were simple to install. I love the sleek design. We have had it for almost a year and it's one of our favorite spots in enjoy in our yard.

Great pergola from Pergolux
The Pergolux product is excellent. I'm not sure I would get motorized shades again since we always leave them closed and don't really use that feature. If you use their contracted installers, make sure you ask them to center the posts on the footings. For some reason, our installers didn't do this right and the posts are on the very edge of the footings. It's easily covered with small landscape rocks, but I would have preferred it was centered on the footings.

Would highly recommend Pergolux! My pergola was delivered very quickly. One of the screens that was delivered ended up being for the wrong model, but customer service was incredible and delivered a new screen days later. I ended up setting up the whole thing mostly by myself and it was pretty intuitive.
Everything is excellent quality and I have been so happy with my purchase. I installed everything last summer and it went through a tough Michigan winter and still looks brand new. Everyone who comes over loves it...it's our new favorite spot!

Overall great experience, minor issues.
The customer help line was very responsive. I did go with Elite Installations and was very pleased with professionalism and desire to make sure pergola placement was correct, problem solving related to slope patio and anchoring. I am glad I did and would highly recommend. Overall very pleased and would do it again. It looks terrific and is very sleek and solid.
Only challenge was delivery was delayed and had to contact freight company several times. It was hung up in mid west and the boxes looked worse for wear, one was partially ripped.
One of the louvers is bent and seeking replacement, but not too worried as I have had great responsiveness the entire time.
