Several years ago, we bought the first camera from this company. It was recommended by a home inspector site. Within two months of buying it, our vehicle was broken into and the camera stolen. We talked to Perfect Prime. They were amazing, they gave us a discount on a new camera. After approximately 10 years of use that camera was accidentally dropped so we were in the market again for a new camera. Searched out this company one more time really happy with the new camera would recommend them to everybody in the home inspection field.

You're asking how you did? The product hasn't even arrived yet. I received an email saying it was shipped 2 weeks ago. Ask again after it arrives and I've had a chance to use it.

Glitched after 3 uses and became unusable.

It worked for about a month, then started flashing a message on the screen that said “Thermal Sensor Keeps Stopping” in a glitchy way. When I called the customer service number it said it was no longer in service but to use email and they gave a different email than is listed on their site. I got a reply explaining it’s easier to have short email in the phone message but it is all legitimate. Someone has responded to me via email and I will work with them to find a solution. I’ll update my review if I’m able to get a refund for this device as I already had to go buy a FLIR E5 for $1700 today so I could do the jobs I have scheduled. I need a reliable device with local customer service even if the price is 6 times higher.

Cannot contact them by any means!

I've been trying to reach this company for about a month with zero response. Both US phone #'s are out of service, they haven't replied to email and they haven't replied to messages sent through their website. They have two different models of IR cameras that are priced different with the same part number. Makes no sense. How is this a legit company??
