Pelican Sport Sales Shop is a scam

Pelican Sport Sales Shop is a scam. They will take your credit card take your money give you an order number then nothing. They will not answer your question.
This is a fraud company.
I contacted Pelican International they verified this is a fraud company.

Horrible. Don’t order from them.

Horrible. Ordered two kayaks that, after weeks, still haven’t arrived. Estimated delivery date has changed FIVE times, PelicanSports says once it’s left their facility, it’s not their problem anymore. The shipper, YRC Freight says the delivery date is “estimated” and they “unable” to give any better date (it changes every time the date actually arrives.” Should have ordered from Amazon.

Extremely slow costumer service

Extremely slow costumer service. I’ve bought a kayak which unfortunately is part of a recall. I’ve had to destroy the kayak and I’m now waiting for the refund. It has now been 5 weeks and nothing is happening. I receive the same message over and over “we are short staffed bla bla bla”. I can see on other forums that this message is standard for all claims.

Horrible costumer service!!!

Horrible costumer service!!!! We purchased 2 pelican fishing kayaks almost 2 years ago. Not just any kayaks, hi dryve pedal system (way more expensive)
3 months in one of the pedal systems broke, contacted pelican sports, explained situation, sent pictures and they responded in about 1.5 months replacing a knowingly faulty system. More than 3 months ago, the other one broke, more than 3 months waiting a response, more than 3 months unable to use it.!!!!!!!!

Pelican Couldn't Care Less

For some reason, I cannot complete a purchase on their website. There is no error message, only "error" appears in the tab title after reloading the page after attempting to submit the order. Tried multiple times. When I called to report this, not only did they place me on hold for insane wait times, but kept telling me it was my fault and that their software is working flawlessly. And then I discover, you can't place orders over the phone. So, HOW IS ANYONE SUPPOSED TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH PELICAN SPORTS? Then, their "team" said they would look into it and requested a screenshot of the error- I even provided the Console error that was appearing. Yet, no one has helped since and it's been a week almost.
