I have a Radley watch which is not recording bpm. I have notified Peers Hardy 3 times, to get the same generic response - “ We are currently experiencing high volumes of emails, and our response times are longer than normal.
We kindly ask that you await a reply from our dedicated customer support team who will endeavour to reply as quickly as possible.”
Yeah, right!!!!!!
