Misleading Charges and Refused Refund – Very Disappointing
I subscribed to PDFaid for a simple one-time task advertised at $2. To my surprise, they later charged me $49 without clear consent or proper warning that I was enrolled in a recurring plan.
I contacted their support immediately. They initially said I would receive a refund within 30 minutes and get a confirmation email. After over an hour, nothing arrived. When I followed up, they refused to issue the refund, despite me canceling the subscription promptly and not using any ongoing services.
This experience felt deceptive and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid this service, especially if you’re just looking for a one-time tool. Always double-check fine print—but more importantly, businesses should be transparent from the start.
Edit: I got an email claiming that i would get a full refund within 5 business days .. waiting to get my money back
