Dishonest

Dishonest, trying everything possible to avoid reimbursement of a claim on a unfunded basis. Insulted my practitioner.

Awful service and complete scam

Awful service. They make it extremely challenging to claim back your expenses, refuse bank statements and receipts due to "their policy in line with GDPR" which is absolute nonsense.

When you chase them for an update they ignore you, and then after the 3rd chase tell you they need more "evidence" when a VAT receipt and full bank statement (completely clear images with full information) isn't enough.

Also asked to raise an internal complaint and it's been ignored. I'll be raising a formal complaint with the FCA.

Avoid like the plague, scam company.

It is not easy to make a claim with Paycare

It's challenging to make a claim with Paycare. Despite submitting invoices with all the required details, they still respond saying they can't find the information. I've had to send multiple emails and take screenshots to guide them on where to find the details in the invoices.

3 out of 4 attempts to upload receits…

3 out of 4 attempts to upload receits fail at their end. My last claim end of February "hung" for ages. I had to phone and conform that it had arrived their end. Waited a month, no responce nor payment. Apparently I had sent a statement of my dental account (which was what I was given) with dates and payments, but this wasn't good enough. They don't notify you nor ring the dentist to confirm as others do. Don't bother with them.

The website does not upload documents…

The website does not upload documents for you to review and see what you have loaded also the claim website will time out and again cannot see what you have loaded. I called customer services for them to review what had loaded and they stated that they will review the claim and if the correct documents aren't there they will not pay out .... I found this quite an absurd and archaic way of dealing with something why not look to see what they had and then I could send over if something is missing instead of wating another length of time to have the claim declined and start again .... some colleagues have also stated they have problems with loading stuff so this is not a problem my end it is there end !! not very happy with the stern approach from the Manager who answered my call with the query
