poor customer service
my bike was despatched quite quickly but the delivery driver knocked on my door and before my daughter could find a key he had gone leaving no card
I tried to contact them and paul’s cycles and got no answer from either
i had no information about collection and no idea were my bike was or if it would be returned to paul’s
the tracking information said not in card left
it’s not acceptable to pay all that money out and have no idea were it is
