This MicroGen test was the best thing I’ve ever done and has saved me from multiple surgeries. 15 years of recurrent ‘yeast,’ infections, ‘cystitis,’ skin issues, a new endometriosis diagnosis & fertility problems. I’ve been to every dr under the sun for help and no one could ever figure me out. I heard ‘Mayo clinic,’ and, ‘I’m sorry healthcare has failed you,’ for 15 years straight. Turns out, all I needed was a ureaplasma test to uncover the cure to all of the above. I was about to undergo a 3 surgeon survey & thanks to microgen, a 7 day treatment for doxy resistant ureaplasma I no longer need surgery. I am so grateful. Waste of Money
I've known multiple people now who's results haven't been accurate, with our own Dr's being in agreement.
I followed MicrogenDX instructions exactly and yet my results absolutely are not correct.
Yet when I contacted customer service, no fair resolution is offered past 50% Off a future test. As if I want to buy another test for more money to be wasted on likely more inaccurate results. I won't be using MicrogenDX further and I won't recommend it to anyone. I've wasted almost $300 on this test and I'm incredibly upset.
I've had chronic issues and I'm well knowledged with them. When you're in constant pain, you start to do your own research. I've tried Evvy, JunoBio, and MicrogenDX. Only using different tests because they're different price points but MicrogenDX gets results faster. That's only worth something when they're accurate though. Evvy or JunoBio may take longer but I'd rather not waste anymore money.

We currently maintain a 99.2% average accuracy with our 3rd party inspections. We'd like to know more about what issues you and/or your provider encountered so that we can better address them. We realize that you've spoken with our team once already, but an emailed explanation of the problems encountered will go a long way to helping us resolve any potential issues.
We also recommend anyone do their research before selecting any test options. There are many different tests that provide different results and outcomes. It is important to review the lab provider of any company you are doing business with. MicroGenDX does not outsource our testing to any other labs, ensuring we have full control over our testing services.

I received the results one day after I mailed in the samples. I have been fighting recurrent UTIs for 4 years and it's just been terrible. My doctor told me about microgendx and was going to order me testing through their lab but she said it would take a month or so to get her Clinic to approve it. So after my visit I just typed in the name of the lab and found out I could order the test myself. My doctor was shocked when I sent her the results and sure enough I had a UTI that was antibiotic resistant to four categories of commonly used treatments for UTIs. So she prescribed me something novel and I'm just hopeful that I'll finally kick this thing. I feel like a miracle just happened.
