Awful system,just puts the pressures on…

Awful system,just puts the pressures on A&E as that's where your told to go or phone 111.Getting an appointment nigh on impossible.
My wife's wrist was hurting and needed an appointment but using Anima was told to go to A&E so we went to Sevenoaks and waited a total of 4 hours,They were inundated by people who were sent there by using this unfit for purpose web site.Every seat was taken,great environment for catching anything that's going.
The staff were overun.People had to leave without being seen
All that was needed was a doctors appoinment and being referred to an X ray department with anappointment time.
Anima is not fit for purpose and good luck to anyone who manages to see their own doctor.

Very simple to use and received a very fast response from my medical centre. So much better than waiting in a phone queue for an appointment.
