What appeared to be a very scary and overwhelming task to complete as an individual - became a Can Do Task after consulting with Agent Jessica!
My husband and I needed to obtain Visas for Kenya and Tanzania. The information about our travel had to be accurate and complete. Using the Passport Visas Express website provided an easy and less expensive way to obtain the Visas once we were able to document all the travel dates, lodging and locations.
I had numerous questions during the data entry process - and Agent Jessica was a gem! She was very helpful, professional, patient and friendly during my attempts to fill-out the online forms. She confirmed the mysterious 'multiple or single ' entry question and provided great guidance on how to submit and save for later submission.
Once all the data entry was completed, Passport Visas Express really responded quicker than expected with our completed/official Visas! We received email updates and I could see the status and progress on the website. I recommend using them for your Visa needs!
