So I have today found out that Pardus…

So I have today found out that Pardus insurance is not going to replace our caravan having been stolen, they are trying to get out of it on a technicality which is a poor thing to do , I will update over the coming days and will get the whole truth out there so you can get an honest picture of this company as Im currently seeking legal advise.
If I could give them 0 stars so far I would!

Don't trust these insurance agents!

Wasted three days trying to find how to file a claim for damaged central heating in static caravan insured by this company. Phone answered quickly by someone unable to answer my questions, agent always busy, sent message?, will call back but never does. Is this a scam insurer? Quick enough to send renewal info as policy is expiring shortly. I don't recommend them. Avoid!
