Thank you so much for the review. In fact, trying to integrate all the nutrients of the Paleocomplex (for example about 2 grams of omega 3 from krill per day for 30 days) with those dosages would cost about double with separate supplements. It is the same reasoning that can be done with all the other products, especially the multivitamins and the 2 collagen-based supplements Youth and Jeunesse (which both contain 13 nutrients, therefore not only collagen)
