Unreliable Delivery and Robotic Support – A Letdown from Padel Store

I recently ordered an item from Padel Store and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The delivery was significantly delayed without any clear communication or updates. When I tried to reach out to customer service for assistance, I was met with an automated AI response that didn’t address my concerns or offer any real help.

As a paying customer, I expected timely delivery and at least a basic level of human support when issues arise. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves both their logistics and customer service processes.

However, upon checking on your order. It appears that your order was delivered on time since you only purchased standard shipping with 3-5 business days delivery time. You purchased your order on April 29 2:27PM. Your order was picked up on April 30 by the courier. Couriers do not ship on weekend, thus, your order was delivered on May 6, Tuesday. A total of four (4) business days.

I had a great customer experience with this company. I ordered two items separately on a weekend and later realized that I could have had free shipping on both had I combined them.

Responding to my message on Monday, the company pulled and combined the orders, giving me free shipping.

I love my new racquet!

Avoid Padel USA at all Costs

I bought a NOX racket from Padel USA, and it broke after just 3 months of normal use. The break was clearly from the inside out — a textbook warranty issue. Since they advertise warranty support for 6 months right on their website, I figured getting a replacement wouldn’t be a problem. Turns out, that’s not the case at all.

Apparently, Padel USA doesn’t have any real connection with NOX — and honestly, I’m starting to think they don’t have solid connection with any of the brands they sell. So if your racket breaks or has any issues, don’t count on them to help. They offered me a small discount on a new (overpriced) racket instead of actually backing the product they sold me.

Craig from their team tried to be helpful to an extent, and I understand since he is not the one running the show, but Sam, the one who does, was super unprofessional and came off really cocky. Not the kind of attitude you expect when you're dealing with a warranty issue.

Long story short — I wouldn’t recommend buying from Padel USA. If something goes wrong, they’re not going to have your back. There are way better places to get your gear where they actually care about customers.

Craig, who helped me with the initial purchase, was also able to solve the issue and honor the warranty. Since I was not in the United States, I couldn't receive the replacement, but the team was very understanding and waited as long as necessary until I could send it to a friend.

I'm more than satisfied with the experience I had with them, I highly recommend buying from them!

I won a giveaway and spend a lot of time without contacting me. They said worldwide and then said it was a mistake. They should ask of I wanted to pay the shipment or if I have someone who could receive it in the USA. Beside that, when they contact me they were super friendly and very fast on the shipment .
