Very gentle scent, very gentle on the skin but does a thorough job at hair removal! Very glad I found this product, especially to help eliminate painful bikini line razor burn in the summertime!

They were so kind and gave me a new shipment for free and refunded my shipping payment since I had paid for Express shipping. I truly appreciate companies that have great customer service. Okay like everyone else I am absolutely stunned at the results!!! I am always a skeptic with products like this & I can say that my jaw was on the floor when I tried this product the first time. Immediately recommended it to all my friends. If you have any doubts, get rid of them now & go buy this cream!!! No burning at all, it feels like an extremely mild icy hot feeling in my opinion. No strong smell!! No irritation after!! And it removed ALL the hair in one swipe. Insane! This product is everything NAIR wishes they could be🤣. So glad I found it!! GO BUY IT!!

It actually works and does what it says!!
I’d kept seeing adverts online thinking it was too good to be true, but I will never go back to shaving now, I use the hair removal cream and the after oil and it’s absolutely amazing, leaves me super soft and no a single bump or irritation in sight, absolutely life changing! Sometimes I have to go over small areas twice, but honestly don’t mind with how happy my bikini area is after!
Also lovely customer service, really personable and feels like they care!

Great product and company
First off, I love the products! They have been easy to use and I LOVE the results. There was one time I burned my skin with the Bye bye bush, but that was totally user error on my part.
Customer service is also great. There was an error in my recent shipment and after reaching out, the team took care of it right away.
