I’ve been using the Outin Nano for over a year and it’s been a reliable travel espresso maker. Great build quality, solid espresso, and very convenient for on-the-go use. Battery and heating time could be a bit better, but overall, it’s a great product for coffee lovers who need portability without sacrificing taste. Recommended!

Love my Outin! I take it camping and love that it takes up a small space compared to a big espresso machine. It's a nice luxury to have a cup of espresso while out in nature, very enjoyable! Beats Cowboy Coffee!! I have the stand also which makes it so much easier to do something else while my espresso heats up. The stand is heavy and nice and sturdy with an adjustable height.

I can't understand the rating for this product. It's useless. You can only get four small coffees out of one charge. It can't be recharged without a USB C charging block, which isn't included. Therefore, this product is only useful for day trips. You can't take it with you camping or fishing for longer trips because once it's discharged, it's dead—you can't use it anymore.
On top of that, customer service is terrible. They don't even follow their own policy. I requested a return within the time frame specified on their website, and they refused, claiming that only defective devices can be returned. They offered me $10 compensation and recommended that I give it away as a gift. WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP! Buying from a resale site like Amazon would have protected me from this. Don't buy this product and don't do business with this company. They have no respect for their own policies and their product is terrible.

Poor service by Outlin when it comes to fulfilment of the order, shipment and delivery with providing no updates on the shipment, long wait and disappointimg unknown delivery time frame. Like Amazon, and other online e-commerce businesses they are not to charge the customer unless the ordered items are actually shipped out, but Outln does which is not a proper approach and practice. On their website they shoe that my ordered items were shipped via UPS, when they provide tracking # for Fedex. Which provides another evidence of how disorganized they have been when it comrs to filfilmrnt andd shipment of tthe fully paid for order! Also they should provide customer service ph #. Which they haven't. Instead they ask to email them, which again they have failed tto respond. They are absolutely responsible to notify the customer for the expected delivery date. And / or any delays and make up for it. But they failed to do so.
For that, I do not and cannot recommend Outln.com products and services unless they prove otherwise. But so far they have not and failed to do so.For that they deserve A BIG ZERO and not even 1 star.

As someone who travels for work, I rely on the Nano Espresso. The double-shot basket was tricky at first—coffee would get stuck, and taste suffered. After adjusting grind size and technique, it’s now a fast, mess-free solution. Just needs better instructions!

Best purchase I’ve made in a long time. My experience with the Outin espresso maker and customer service has been very pleasing. It’s become my daily ritual at work and sometimes at home. The first machine broke down, but customer service handled it well and sent a replacement quickly. Highly recommended.

I’ve had my Outin for about 4 months and think it’s great. I use it daily at work with pods and take it camping. The heating function is ideal for on-the-go mornings. Unfortunately, the heating function failed, but customer service sent a replacement quickly. Highly recommended.

Great for camping and work! I ordered this in December and love it. I got it for camping but use it most often at work. It pulls a nice shot for a portable system. The Basket Plus is a crucial upgrade. Very happy with this purchase!

I love this machine. My wife made me a few shots during a long drive, and I had my preferred espresso every morning while out of town. The pump noise is quieter than my home machine, and the espresso quality is similar. My only complaint is that it charges slowly. I recommend pre-heating the water to save battery.

I’ve tried other travel espresso machines, but they were too labor-intensive. This machine is wonderful—just press a button, and out comes the espresso. I was concerned about battery life, but it lasted over a week with 2–8 shots per morning. I love it!
