Great Quality, But Had a Minor Shipping Delay

I ordered a tactical backpack from Outdoor Tech Lab, and while the product itself is fantastic (tons of pockets, waterproof, super sturdy), there was a 3-day delay in shipping. That said, their support team was apologetic and helpful, offering a discount on my next purchase. The bag itself is perfect for hiking and travel, so I’d still recommend them—just order ahead of time if you need it urgently as they are busy in Ludington, MI all summer long..
