Absolutely terrible! I felt like crying when I collected my two items from the post office (had to pay for delivery in Dubai as well). I don't think the value is over $4 as the quality is not there at all. I expected some hand stitching on the dress as that is what it looks like on picture but received some hand drawn badly painted full polyester fabric...both items are just soo disappointing. Never again!!!!!!!

From personal experience do not buy anything from Oulzone unless you are 100% sure you do not want to return an item. If you do it’s at your own cost & to CHINA!
There is no info on the website informing customers of this & it has taken me 3 weeks to get a reply regarding returning my order. Beware! The clothes I ordered were of very low quality & was told by Oulzone to gift them to a friend after offering me a 30$ credit. No refunds given unless you ship back to China at a huge cost!! 🤬 very very misleading to consumers! I gave 1 star as the emails to me were polite & professional that’s the only good thing I have to say.
