Fantastic Computer, Incredible Service
I am extremely pleased with the new Origin PC I've received, and I am impressed with the communication, support and service from Origin PC. I ordered my PC from Origin PC, and they updated me on about a daily basis as to the progress of the system. I misjudged the timing, and as my luck would have it, the ship date of the system was scheduled to be the day before I went on vacation with my family (and would not be home to receive it). I contacted Origin PC, and they agreed to hold the shipment until I returned from my vacation, which I appreciated.
I was contacted by Origin PC after my vacation and given a tracking number for my shipment. I had selected 2-Day Air as the shipping option and was looking forward to receiving it. On the day it was supposed to arrive, I noticed the shipping information had the system going to an address in another state. I contacted Origin PC, and later that day, Jake contacted me to let me know the system had been shipped to the wrong address.
Of course I was disappointed, but then I was also appreciative of a number of steps that Jake and Origin PC took to rectify the situation. First of all, I appreciated the fact that Jake was open, honest, and took responsibility for what had occurred. Many companies would not take the time to communicate with you on an honest level, and it meant a lot to me. Mistakes can happen, and it's important to address the mistake and fix the situation. In addition, I can't help but think me requesting a hold on the shipment due to my vacation may have contributed to the problem.
Jake informed me that as they worked to retrieve the system that shipped to the wrong address, Origin PC would build me the same PC and ship it to me, so I wouldn't have to wait for them to recover and inspect the first PC, adding to the delay. They also appeared to work quickly to get the new system built/inspected/tested and shipped to me.
In addition to the excellent customer service to communicate and resolve the situation, Origin PC upgraded my shipping to Next Day Air, they gave me the choice of choosing a Gaming Headset or Gaming Keyboard/Mouse (I chose the headset), and credited my account because the promotions effective at the time of the new PC build happened to be better for my Millenium Origin PC than when I first placed the order.
In all honesty, I wasn't looking for any of the extras, I just wanted the PC that I ordered, but I am very thankful to Jake and Origin PC resolving the situation in a way that I would call beyond satisfactory.
I've had the PC here for a week now, and it's just incredible. It's about silent in its operation with just a little increase in noise when gaming, remarkably fast, incredible graphics, and I could go on and on.
I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone to purchase an Origin PC. They are made to order, and professionally built. This is actually the fourth Origin PC I've purchased (one in 2011, one in 2018, a laptop in 2020, and now this new PC). The build quality is phenomenal and the performance is off the charts. In fact the 2011 PC is still running incredibly well with a slightly upgraded graphics card (but I do have my eyes on that hard drive, a 14 year life span is pushing it).

Absolutely no problems; shipped fast, works great
I think I've ordered 7 Origin PCs or laptops including this one, and while the experience is generally good, this was definitely the best. My designated contact Jay F. kept me informed every couple of days on what was going on while my machine was being built. I really appreciated that he over-communicated instead of under-communicated -- such a rare thing these days. The machine itself is gorgeous and works very well -- for example, I was able to play Baldur's Gate 3 without any noticeable lag, despite having all of the settings to "ultra." And while I'm usually not a fan of the built-in control panel apps that manufacturers build in, I have to say that the Origin Control panel (which my previous laptops didn't have) is pretty easy to use. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Origin Hero of the Century: Flex
I called and was helped by Flex, in sales. The original intent was to get a quote for a laptop, but was rewarded with significantly more information than I was expecting. I think the overall call was close to 2 hours and Flex was very patient and informative. Walked me through a plethora of questions for both laptops and desktops.
Even when I accidently hung up, he must have called back within 10 seconds. Hands down awesome experience and I am very happy to say so!
***I won't slander another company, but I will say Flex was leaps and bounds better than the two other techs I spoke with from a competing custom pc business. ***

Another thing, I kept getting updates in my email from a cool dude named Bryant as the box went through all the steps of assembly -> to ship. Dude went above and beyond in terms of honest and transparent customer service. An A+ isn't a good enough grade.

Superior Customer Service?
When I had a conversation over the phone (prior to the purchase), after spending damn near an hour getting though, it was amazing. The guy knew what he was talking about and was really helpful.
He is the reason why I made the decision to purchase from Origin.
I placed my order, fairly painless process, there was a hiccup with their site, I called back, they had it fixed within the hour.
Placed my order, got a response via email the following day. I sent an email asking about making another purchase ($1k monitor) and got no response. Sent another email asking about something else and got a response (no mention of the email regarding the monitor question). Figured this guy missed the email about the monitor, no biggie.
Then, fast forward 3 days, when I noticed that UPS didn’t didn’t ship my item via next day air, like they were supposed to, I sent another email. Asking for an answer. I also mentioned the missed email regarding the monitor. I mentioned my disappointment and that I wanted a quick response before I decide to cancel the order. I sent this at 8am today.
It’s now 5:45pm and I still have not received a response.
I’m not sure why they thought I purchased from them, damn near $10k, just to be treated like this is Best Buy.
They pride themselves, even advertise, on having superior customer service.
The simple ability to email should be a no-brainer. Maybe it’s all a lie?

Arachnid PC - What a Powerhouse!!
I ordered Origin PC's new Arachnid PC shortly after they began taking orders for them. I will warn that you should not be using a VPN while trying to place your order; I accidently had my in-browser VPN enabled, which ended up complicating my efforts to get my order processed for over a week.
Aside from that, the ordering process went very smoothly. My service representative was Jay F., who was extremely helpful with keeping me up to date when assembly began.
My PC arrived about 1 1/2 weeks later than initially estimated, but that was not surprising to me given the complexity of this build. It arrived in a well-fortified wooden crate, which conveniently had instructions for how to unbox the machine. Have a Philips-head powered screwdriver ready!
Setup was a breeze, ready to go right out of the box. Once I got the OS updated and my usual applications installed, thus began testing out the rig. I'm a well-experienced PC gamer, so I decided to run the Monster Hunter Wilds Benchmark to see how it performed. What a powerhouse this computer is! Average FPS count exceeded 150 on max graphical settings.
After spending time with this computer for a few weeks, I did encounter a couple of small problems that needed to get ironed out, which was to be expected:
The computer entered failsafe mode a couple of times due to the liquid coolant exceeding 60C temperatures, which I discovered was because the fan/pump settings in iCUE weren't functioning like they should have. Creating custom fan RPM curve profiles based on Corsair recommendations and learning how to apply them to the coolant pumps and radiator fans fixed that issue.
The second issue I encountered were random application crashes, which I found to be an issue with the 576.40 Nvidia drivers I had installed after receiving the machine. I ended up needing to roll back to the 572 drivers that the machine initially came with until a newer driver version was available, which thankfully didn't seem to share those stability issues. This was not a issue with the PC itself, to be clear, but it was mildly frustrating.
After these two issues were resolved, it has been smooth gaming since and it has been an awesome machine that I'm lucky to be able to afford.
