I ordered this goat milk formula for my 7½-month-old baby, hoping to try something more natural and gentle on the stomach. It arrived quickly and the shipping process was smooth — no complaints there. Everything was properly packaged and came directly from Europe as described.
However, after trying it for three days, I couldn’t figure out why my baby was completely refusing it — and he’s not usually this picky. On the third day, I decided to taste it myself just to check the temperature and get a sense of it. I was shocked by how bad the formula smelled and tasted. It had an extremely strong, almost rancid odor that I truly don’t believe any baby — or even adult — could tolerate. I’ve tried other goat formulas in the past and this one just didn’t smell right at all.
Unfortunately, I ended up wasting $130 on a formula I cannot use and now have a full container sitting in my kitchen. I believe the company may be legitimate, but the product quality (at least this particular batch) was extremely disappointing. I wish they would consider offering refunds or exchanges for cases like this. Babies can’t speak, but this was clearly a hard no from mine — and I honestly don’t blame him.

Great customer service
I purchased 6 packs of formula that sadly my baby cannot tolerate, but the shipping was very fast and the customer service representative was very kind. We cannot return the formula for safety reasons which I completely understand. But customer service did everything they could to help ease the pain of the loss and offered us a discount on our next purchase. They were quick to respond and very professional.

We have been looking for a clean formula that will be suitable for our sensitive newborn. We do not want ingredients that are not only bad for her health but also for the planet. So we do not want any formula with palm oil in it as we have seen the oil palm plantation destroys rainforests in our country. Kendamil is the answer. Our baby loves the Kendamil Goat Milk Formula Stage 1. Compared to other formula that we have tried, our baby also does not have any issues with her tummy. Ordering via Organic Life Start and shipping was quick. So happy with the purchase.

I’m really happy with this milk
I’m really happy with this milk. The delivery took about 6 days to reach the US, which is pretty good for an international order. Most importantly, my baby actually takes the milk – and that’s a win in itself!
I appreciate the safe and thoughtful formulation. It’s hard to find something that checks all the boxes: organic, no added sugar, and uses fish-based DHA. This gives me real peace of mind as a parent. Definitely planning to reorder.
