After two months the app stopped working. Now works partially and intermittently. Oral B wanted answers to about 20 questions, without which they refused to assist. I am not a techie person, so couldn't help.
It seems form other reviews that I am not the only dissatisfied customer.
Sadly, I bought the Oral B based on the Which? recommendation. Never again.

Why would you change the Glide floss
Why would you change the Glide floss? I’m a dental hygienist and have been using it every day on every patient for 20 years.. It was the only one I could use professionally to ‘feel’ for calculus below the gum line. You replaced it with possibly the worst product I have ever used in my life. It’s literally like flossing with a rubber band.. flings crap everywhere. I get enraged just talking about it. You can take out the PFA’s but why would you replace it with something so horrible???? It’s more dangerous and harmful to gums than anything I’ve ever used. It shreds and tears every time.. Did you not do any testing?? Like who is responsible??? They all are idiots!!! I will never promote any OralB product from now on. Unless something changes.

Worst customer service for Oral B Electric Toothbrush
I bought Oral B series 10 Electric Toothbrush. Called Oral B customer service for registration of warranty but they don’t do any warranty registrations. Asked for help for setting up Apps, no help available for that. They will register my email for marketing purposes only. Spoke with customer service representative and supervisor Jessica but no one could help. I regret buying product from Oral B . Last time, bought electric tooth brush from Phillips Sonicare, their customer service is best in industry for oral care products. Thanks

Oral-B shitty as ever
Well, what I can say? This is a piece of shit company. A true shithole. I´ve bought my Oral-B IO Series 9 toothbrush from service(at)t.shop.oralb.de because the old one broke down FOUR times within two years but decided to repair the old one again and sent back the new one. Oral-B lets do its returns through another crappy company called "ZigZag Global Ltd". This company tells me after two weeks that they have never received the product despite the fact that the tracking Nr. shows differently. It seems that I have to get an attorney to sue the shit out of this company.
My advice: if you buy a product from a crappy company like P&G (Oral-B) make damn sure that you but it at your local dealer and do not expect a life expectancy longer than two years.
PS: after several E-Mail exchanges and threatening by penalties I´ve received my payment for my return. With this action I'll delete my account at Oralb and if ever I buy another OralB product then only from a local dealer.

Support does not exist
I used to buy Oral-B electric toothbrushes for 25 years. Usually they lasted for 5-7 years and the only reason why I replaced them was either a battery losing capacity or because it was becoming stained due to prolonged use.
During last year I purchased two Genius X electric toothbrushes produced by Oral-B and both died with the same symptoms - the motor seems to have stopped working even at fully charged battery.
Amazon, where I bought them, refused to provide support and sent me to the manufacturer. I contacted a local dealer, they were very nice and replaced the faulty toothbrush with a new one, but... they sent me a low-end model that is three times as cheap.
Being a loyal customer, I purchased a another electric toothbrush of the same model - Genius X, which cost quite a bit of money. Less than a year after it is dead with the same symptoms. I tried contacting the manufacturer on their website and received no response whatsoever.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the performance of the Oral-B Genius toothbrush I purchased over two years ago. Despite its promising features, my experience with this product has been consistently frustrating and disappointing.
Since the original purchase, you have already replaced the device twice due to repeated malfunctions. Unfortunately, even the current unit continues to exhibit the same core issue: it persistently loses its Bluetooth connection with my iPhone. I have tried everything within reason to resolve this—restarting my phone, restarting the brush, repairing the Bluetooth connection multiple times—yet the problem remains.
Even when I hold the toothbrush in one hand and the phone in the other, standing directly in front of the device, the connection drops unpredictably. This makes the app-based features unreliable and, frankly, useless. I specifically chose this model for its advertised smart functionality, which simply does not work as intended.
After two years of repeated failures, I can no longer view this as an isolated technical issue. The product does not live up to its claims and has become a source of consistent inconvenience. I would appreciate a meaningful resolution to this matter—whether that be a permanent fix, a replacement with a more reliable model, or a refund.

The iO toothbrush
update-still trying to deal with them-they finally sent a prepaid label_ I sent the toothbrush back well within their "60 day money back guarantee" and way before their 2 year warranty. They denied that they got the toothbrush back, although UPS shows it was indeed delivered. They had sent me a "prepaid gift card" to reimburse me for the 1st time I sent it in for repair and it was INVALID-declined 4 different tries. They refuse to return for cash-though it was paid in cash (at my dentist-which is the reason I have to go thru OralB and not a big box store where purchased), So assuming IF they ever admit they received brush back, they'll send me another invalid prepaid gift card. This did get accelerated to a manager but since then I have been hung up on, treated extremely rudely when calling and asking for him. Right now after 2 months I am out the cost of postage and the cost of the toothbrush.
Original-The iO toothbrush, which was supposed to be a 3 speed never did reach 3rd speed-it would shut off after the 2nd speed. I sent it in for warranty(at MY cost)-the 1-3 turnaround was 17 days. The "replacement" was either the same one or had an identical problem. I cannot get a refund, other than an Oral B gift card. 2 toothbrushes bad within a month-no-I will buy another brand. And their customer service is some of the worst, rudest, most argumentative people I have ever dealt with-really horrible! I hope they listen to the "recorded for training and quality" recordings! Maybe if their customer service was better, I might try for a 3rd toothbrush but no way do I want to deal with such a snobby rep-and whenever I called I got her...

I purchased the Oral BIO series 3 last May. The toothbrush started making a loud buzzing sound after a couple of months. Called the P&G services enter and they had me ship it to them. Not sure if they repaired it or sent a new one, but the replacement made the same awful buzzing sound. So I went through the same process and had it either repaired or replaced again. Now two months later it’s happening again. I assume that they must be “repairing” it and sending the same one. Surely not all of the toothbrushes are defective. Called the service center again and now they expect me to pay for shipping it back to them. They say they don’t think it’s under warranty. I submitted through their link the invoice for the original purchase and they just keep sending me in circles to send it again. I will not buy another Oral B product.

Expected better from a company so well known and popular
Bought a electric toothbrush last year, after use excess toothpaste is coming out of a tiny gap in the brush itself and makes a horrible gurgling noise. Contacted oral b and their solution was to send it back didnt even ask me if i had access to a printer to return it and how am i supposed to brush my teeth if i return it as i refuse to use a manual as they dont clean properly. Products and services are sloppy. Goes to show how much they care about their customers.

Worked well until yesterday.
Tried to find the ressource on their website to start the troubleshooting and request a repair.
Never found it.
As if there’s a will to block users from getting support.
Will switch to Philips Sonicare hoping their products last longer with a better customer support.

I was compelled to complain about two of Oral B teeth care products which fall far short of the claims made by you on their packing .These for are Oral B 3Dwhitecadvanced and 3D white I spent some £24 in their purchase ,based on the description given on the packaging of these toothpastes regarding their ability to remove all stains from teeth to give a glossy and white look to teeth. After persistent use of these pastes, I find their products give a false and misleading description and falls far short of this abilities described on the packing.

These Oral-b flossers used to be good quality but not lately. I will go through three or four of them each time I floss and I am not forceful. The string breaks easily. Poor quality control at the moment. These pics, my favorite, are expensive as most P+G products are, so I will no longer buy unless the quality improves.

The ORAL B GLIDE FLOSS PICKS you are making now are HORRIBLE. The ones we have used for years were great. The floss separates and fibers get stuck in my fillings. I don't know WHY you would have changed the formula, but I HATE the ones we have recently bought through AMAZON and I will be complaining to them also. You had a awesome product before but this change in fabric is terrible.

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Somehow they believed that I had taken out a subscription, when I have no recollection of that. I merely ordered some toothbrushes on a one time basis. Out of the blue I started receiving emails about more brushes that had been dispatched. They have kept my credit card details and charged me for the brushes I did not order. They have now lost the brushes they, allegedly, sent to me. So I have been charge for something I didn't want by a company who has stolen my credit card details and I have nothing to show for it! I think I have managed to unsubscribe but this required multiple actions and was not straightforward. Only time will tell if this has actually been a success. Awful company

This is my first electric toothbrush and I decided to buy a Braun product because I knew that it was a recommendable brand. However, I have now had to return my toothbrush three times due to the battery not holding a charge. Each and every time I charge my toothbrush it goes flat after 2 uses. I’m very disappointed in Brun and my IO8 toothbrush because I’m now out of warranty and have to pay to get this fixed. So unfair and I wish I knew this before I bought the product, I would’ve bought another brand had I have known.
I will never encourage anyone to purchase a Oral b product from the IO range.

Good products but product registration a complete mess
I like the products, but the product registration is a complete mess, which is why I don't give 5 stars.
An inlay said I could get an additional year of warranty by registering the product.
The link simply redirected to the home page. No registration button or information anywhere.
Customer service said I should register an account on Para Mim (for Portugal) and gave me another link for the product registration that didn't work either.
When I told them it was still not working, they referred me to Para Mim customer service, which finally gave me the correct link, which I forwarded to Oral-B's customer service for their information. It's somewhat strange that it's the consumers that have to inform Oral-B how their registration works, not the other way around.
Why does Oral-B make it so complicated? They give the impression that they have no idea what they are doing.
