I was a compilating a new style and it didn't take much to decide on a second new pair. Outstanding Customer Service
Optics Outfitter provides incredible customer service. I was apprehensive about ordering glasses online but the experience is well thought out and you are able to connect with real people throughout the process from ordering all the way to refunds. Beth recently helped me resolve an issue with a refund quickly and over a weekend - I sent one email and she had my refund processed within a few hours and had updates from her along the way. Thank you Beth! All online retailers should follow this model.

Great Try-On and purchasing process!
I was looking for a pair of glasses to wear during hockey and was having trouble finding something suitable. A Reddit post pointed me to Optics Outfitters and I was a bit gunshy on ordering online without trying them on, but Optics Outfitters Try-On Box where they send you 4 glasses to try on at a time was a perfect way to get over my hesitation.
I ordered 4 glasses, and they were sent really quickly to me. Ron messaged me to introduce himself and to help take care of any issues. The first thing that I had to ask was if I could keep the glasses a bit longer than the 5 day return period because I wanted to take the glasses to my rink and let me teammates try them on. He said that was no problem and would follow up with me the next day. Everyone at the rink loved the glasses but there were definitely some that fit better than others on my face. I told Ron that I didn't find anything that fit me great, but I did notice some commonalities. Some of the lenses were too close to my face, and some of the temples were too thick to fit in my helmet. These are all problems unique to my head, so don't take that as a general sizing issue. Ron listened to my feedback and said, hey, send back the Try-On set, and I'll send you another 4 that might address your needs. So we did that and I got a new 4 to try on. I took them to the rink again for people to try on and found a set that I liked. I told Ron I had found a winner, sent him my prescription and Pupillary Distance and he placed the order for me. The price was good, especially with the first time order discount code they had at the time.
I placed the order on May 6, and got them May 30th. A bit of a longer turnaround time than I expected, but I mean, they're making glasses.
Got them and tried them on and they fit great and I can see again. I don't know if I can hit the puck, but at least now I have one less excuse.

Loyal Customer taken care of well AGAIN!
I have been a Liberty Rec Specs wearer for a very long time. I recently had Cataract surgery and needed to have new lenses in my Motorcycle goggles. I have been dealing with Robin for two months, and he has been the best and most patient sales rep. Today I recontacted and Robin wasn’t available, but Beth was and took care of my needs very very nicely… thank you both Robin AND Beth,.. I will have more work done on several more (I like my frames very much, and will CONTINUE being a client to a company and a staff that has taken care of me for over 20 years!
