It was easy to work with your website. It was easy to upload my prescription. When there was a question, you sent me an email immediately with a phone number to call customer service. The contacts came within 2 weeks. I am still waiting for my glasses.

My experience was not ok. Be aware the deal is not as good as advertised.After finding what I thought was advertised as a great deal at $15.95/per box. I bought 4 boxes and When I actually made the purchase there were $99 dollars in processing fees added to my order plus $12.95 shipping fee. The processing fees were more expensive than the contacts themselves which were $65. It seems pretty dishonest. I really feel cheated. I wouldn't recommend buying from opticontacts. There are other contact lense companies who may be a bit more expensive but atleast they are upfront about their prices and don't add excessive processing fees.

After wearing the Air Optix Hydraglyde's Opticontacts sent me for a day or 2 I noticed I was getting a lot discomfort. Now this isn't common for me because I've been wearing Air Optix for years. So i had a suspicion- why were these contacts so cheap? I got 2 boxes for the price of one.. So I checked the expiration date on the boxes Opticontacts sent me, low and behold, they're a year expired! I will be contacting Opticontacts for a refund and if they try to dispute it, I will be filing a claim through PayPal to get my $ back!

My most recent purchase was for contacts, and I made a mistake with the brand. Kits contacted me to say that the order I had placed didn’t match my previous orders, so they just wanted to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake (which I had). Kits suggested the contacts that I always buy, informed me that these were more expensive, and did I want to continue with my purchase? I said yes I did, and thank you for letting me know it would cost more. Then, they offered me a discount, to cover the additional cost of the new contact lenses! Which they didn’t have to do, but was really awesome. I’ll buy from here 100% of the time.

Made a change in my prescription and tried to stop authorship which they did and changed to my correct prescription and placed that order. Was fine and then an authorship came with my old prescription. Customer service sent return label and corrected satisfactorily.

Very deceptive business practice. They offer low prices, fast affordable shipping, but forget to tell you about the $40 PROCESSING FEE!! $40!! That is more than 1 box of contacts!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! If you have to trick your customers into doing business with you, then that is a company I want NOTHING to do with!!!
