Like most of the other reviewers here…

Like most of the other reviewers here ordered an icare that was supposed to be delivered by Miranda cargo but did not receive it. Will ask for refund and update the review accordingly.

Victime

Hello to everyone everywhere.
I have very bad experience with Ophthalmetry optical .
I ordered last year Titmus V4 vision screener
And I paid the full amount via bank transfer unfortunately I have not received my item so far,I been dealing with them to get my item or to get refund for the last six months, even they provided to me tracking number with Miranda Cargo (looks like a fake company).
Therefor I am advising any one on the world to avoid dealing with them.
The transaction was via Revolut Bank, which they are very poor to helping me to get my refund.

Excellent Service and Affordable Prices!

I recently ordered the iCare HOME 2 units from OphthalmetryOptical.com, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and hassle-free.

Product Quality: The iCare HOME 2 units arrived in perfect condition and meticulously packaged to ensure they were safe during transit. The devices are of high quality and function exactly as described, making it easy for me to monitor my glaucoma treatment from the comfort of my home.

Pricing: The prices on OphthalmetryOptical.com are incredibly competitive. I found their offerings affordable without compromising on quality, which is a massive plus for anyone looking to manage their eye health without breaking the bank.

Customer Service: The customer support team was responsive and helpful, addressing all my queries promptly and ensuring that my order was processed smoothly.

Delivery: The shipping was fast, and I received my units much sooner than expected. The entire ordering process was straightforward, and tracking my package was easy.

Overall, I highly recommend OphthalmetryOptical.com to anyone in need of reliable and affordable ophthalmic devices. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I will definitely be returning for future purchases!

It appears I've been scammed

It appears I've been scammed. I ordered an icare tonometer from them, paying by credit card. They told me that the credit card doesn’t work and asked me to make a wire bank transfer. After this they change 2 times the date of delivery .
I asked the full refound of the money and they said to me that they have to wait the return of the product to make the refund.
I think that is a scam.

SCAM

It appears I've been scammed. I ordered an icare tonometer from them, paying by bank wire. I was promptly assured the product would be sent with cleared funds. After I sent the wire they broke off all communication. No response to email 3 days after wire transfer sent.

Addendum: They ultimately provided tracking info via an outfit called miranda cargo. I waited 35 days after product allegedly shipped to find no product. I contacted them and they offered a refund if I gave banking details. However, giving said details would allow them to empty my bank account. So I refused. Will update if product ever does appear, but right now this looks like an absolute scam and the fraudsters looked to be angling to completely empty my bank account as well.

I hope I'm wrong... I really do. But losing $1,000 is infinitely preferable to losing $51,000. AT BEST this experience creates a huge "credibility gap" that means I'd be very foolish trusting these jokers with bank account information.

Addendum: I did receive a refund of my purchase price some 3 months after ordering. The refund was less transfer fees, so I did lose a bit, but nowhere near what I paid. Perhaps they are honest but just have no way of fulfilling international orders...

I suspect this company is fraudulent

I was excited when I saw that they accepted major credit cards and offered great prices on brand-name equipment.

However, as soon as I placed my order, they replied saying that they do not accept US credit cards. Instead they asked for a wire transfer.

So I checked the website of two merchandise vendors (iCare and Reichert). Both listed only one actual distributor in Singapore, not Opthalmetry Optical.

Furthermore, when I cross checked OO's address against Google Maps, OO does not seem to exist. So I wrote them several emails asking for any evidence that they are a legitimate business.

They replied only to my emails relating to my order, but ignored all questions about their business, including their actual address.
