They DON'T tell you about the dangers

Sold us a dune buggy tour in little saraha - upon arrival rangers at the visitor center told us it was too dangerous to go out because of the season, heat, vind condition and dry sand - causing 700feet drop off and 5 people bin killed already in 2024. Kelly arrived with the buggy and we told him we'd like to cancel since it was dangerous to go out there - we had 3 kids with us (6, 11,12 years old). Kelly acted surpriced and said he'd give back the money - but he ended up only giving back half. As a family we are shocked the company didn't tell about the danger and they just care about the money - and then having the audacity to keep 300 dollars for driving the buggy to the destination / they didn't unload or anything. It's OK to keep money for gas - but 300 dollars???
