Get the Best Cruise Value for Your Money
I'd used OVC previously, but not for several years, before booking a bucket-list NCL Baltic Sea cruise for me and a friend. While I found out that NCL is more of a "party" cruise line than I prefer, there were some outstanding NCL staff, and we did get a great value for our money. We especially appreciated the pre-/post-cruise OVC excursions and hotel bookings in both Stockholm and Oslo: Each were centrally located and provided a great value. I would definitely book with OVC again.
