Overall, a very good product.
Overall, the TV cart is high quality, heavy duty, and smooth rolling. The assembly instructions for the most part were very good. There were a couple issues that if corrected would make it flawless. Page 10 of the instruction manual shows the wrong sized allen key to use. Page 15 shows L and R labels on the uprights. If you look at the cart from the front, these are reversed. It caused me a re-do of some steps. On page 16, the screws for the shelf should easily be 1/4" to 1/2" longer. It would greatly simplify the assembly. Everything else was great.

Their customer service team has made promises to return phone calls, yet rarely do! Yesterday, after my 3rd call, and promised tracking information, no phone call! This has been frustrating for our client, and embarrassing for us, trying to explain the poor communication. We need a vendor that is more reliable with our replacement parts orders.

Replacement parts sent!
Update to earlier review! Onkron did send parts to replace parts damaged during shipping. Was able to assemble stand today. The stand itself is very nice and highly recommend. It's just crazy and unfortunate that there was that much damage during shipping.

I'd only suggest to get a sturdier packaging. Mine was a little beat up when I got it. Thankfully the product is super sturdy and well made, so no damage happened, but still would have been nice to have a good box to put it away because we are using it for shows around the country.
