Stellar customer service

I bought Onemix Light Armour running shoes.

These were my first carbon-plated running shoes. I ordered them directly from Onemix, and received them within 1 week (Netherlands).

They run perfectly well; I use them for speedwork only - have not raced in them yet, but expect them to do well.

I had one issue: the second time I used them, I tore one of the lace holes. I contacted the company and they sent me a new pair of shoes for free !

I am now looking in Onemix’ lineup for a daily trainer too.
