Disappointed
Bought a bracelet 925 silver at the end of march. Already it is discoloured and tarnished. When I complained I was told this is normal for silver and to buy a cleaner. Was a gift for my mum and has made her wrist break out too. All her jewellery is silver and this has never happened before. Expensive for this to happen.

Don’t trust this company
Don’t trust this company. It took more than 5 weeks for delivery which was very frustrating as we ordered the item for a birthday gift. They lied about their location saying they were in Australia and made us re-order the item, causing a further delay in us receiving the item. The website stated 7-14 day delivery that’s why we made the purchase but ended up taking 5 weeks for delivery.

Never seen such a thin chain, terrible quality.
Ordered a name necklace as a gift for my wife. The quality is beyond poor !! The chain is unbelievable thin and cheap and lasted about 2 weeks before it snapped. No point in getting it repaired as it will just keep breaking.
