This is a scam!

This is a scam!! I ordered Dyson V12 Absolute. As per other reviews visited every port known to man and tried to deliver twice to me (didn’t happen) waiting on my instructions - no card through door, no telephone numbers and stopped replying to emails. Luckily I got my money back through Visa.

SCAM - OMPRE.COM

Steer clear from this company- I ordered a tent from them (£433) followed the tracking from ChipDock! I kept emailing both, but got no reply, rang ChipDock on the number on the email, and it went to a Rentakill Company! Then, the delivery company said they tried to deliver twice in the same day (I can assure you they did not), and now it just sits there saying ‘waiting for recipient’s instructions! The weird thing, is when you Google ‘Ompre.Com’ it tells you it is legitimate (well, I can tell you different through experience)! Please steer clear, they are a scam!

Ordered and paid for an item from them

Ordered and paid for an item from them. As with previous review it took about four weeks and visited virtually every port and sorting centre it could, before finally disappearing as did the delivery company. You cannot access the website of the delivery company anymore because it’s been abandoned. Ompre.com do not answer your emails. I’ve reported it to scam search and also my bank. Be aware of this company, I don’t know if it is a scam, but it certainly looks like one. If you buy from them don’t expect to receive your order, or any replies to your emails. Beware!

Product not received and refund not received!

I ordered a washing machine from Ompre.com Home Appliances and received the order confirmation and tracking link (all good so far). I checked the tracker which said the machine was coming from Antwerp (sigh) but no confirmed delivery date was set (double sigh). Fast forward three weeks and the delivery had been to every dock, port and hub in europe and UK you could think of (hmmm); the machine clearly wasn't going to get to me, so I asked for a refund. At first Ompre responded to my emails and confirmed they'd refund me (semi hopeful); the delivery should have been no more than 5 days. Fast forward another 2 weeks and the refund is nowhere to be seen. Having tried to communicate with them since, I've had no answer and now feel that this a complete scam (justifiably so).
The firm are clearly unethical and bogus and trading purely to scam people. Please beware ompre.com still have a live website.
