Impractical Product and Strenuous Service

I was very disappointed with their product and service. To start, their software doesn't integrate seamlessly existing systems, which creates extra work for our team and disrupts our workflow. We had to spend a lot of time and money to get it to work properly, and even then, it wasn't perfect. The boss is also very difficult to work with. He's very demanding and unreasonable, and he doesn't seem to understand the needs of his customers. He's also very slow to respond to requests for support. Overall, their product is impractical and their service is strenuous. I'm glad I swithched to a different software provider.
