Roof bars

Roof bars, quality ok, Omac support also, just one thing that might be misleding, for Hyundai Bayon roof bars are not custom fit as advertised but rather nearest fit, thats why I didn't give 5 stars.

I'm writing this to inform you that…you have a problem with US Customer Service

I'm writing this to inform you that there is a problem with your North American Customer Service. If you review my case #153377 you will see after months of trying to obtain missing or defective parts through emails and phone calls they were unable to resolve the issues. Now after following up on my refund request and being told on 9/27 I would receive a refund, I'm now being told I will not receive a refund until the product is returned. As I have stated in previous emails and conversations with customer service, I no longer have the original box since this was ordered back in May 2024. Therefore I must absorb the cost of repackaging without no reimbursement for this. I appealed to the customer service rep who did not seem to care about my attempts to resolve the issue. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he informed me he did not have one in the US ("he was the boss"). When I asked for a number to headquarters in Germany, he told me nobody there would speak with me as nobody spoke English (which I find hard to believe given you have a US subsidiary).

While I will return the product and absorb the cost of repackaging since this appears to be the only way to get a refund, I though the parent company should know of the issues within your US customer service. After being given multiple opportunities to resolve the issue, they have failed and now because of their failure, I must absorb additional costs to return the product.

You should review the case (emails, phone tapes (9/26 and 10/3), etc). If you were the customer what would your opinion of US Customer Service be?

While we have worked to resolve the situation with replacement parts and returns, we regret that our efforts fell short of your expectations.

We would also like to kindly mention that we have offered multiple times to arrange a free return for you, but unfortunately, we were unable to proceed as you declined to cooperate with the return process. You mentioned that you would not pack the product and requested a direct refund instead. As per our policy, in order to issue a refund, we must receive the returned item, even if packed in any similar packaging.

We remain committed to resolving this matter and would be happy to assist you further with the return process so that we can issue your refund as soon as possible.
