Signed some papers,answered a lot of questions about the property,now getting ghosted.hung up on when calling the numbers for this business who we were dealing with to sell our property to.not getting calls answered,no text messages answered,nothing.all of the sudden too.before we signed the papers they were blowing up my phone wanting our business.its ashame because I thought I could trust this company.now I feel my elderly mom with Dementia and myself got ripped off.all I wanted was some answers and honesty.thats all.thanks a lot

I can't thank Ohio Cash Buyers enough for everything they did for me and my family. This was a sensitive situation with my aunt's estate on a large property here in Centerville 45459 zip code, and we were totally blindsided when it went into foreclosure before we even realized. From the first phone call I made to Bryan, to the day we closed and had money in hand, it was only 11 days. They were incredibly empathetic, patient, and understanding with us. We ended up needing to stay in the house about 7 weeks after closing, even though we initially agreed on 30 days. Bryan and Heather were both amazing about it and never rushed us.

They paid a very fair cash price, almost what we would've gotten listing it on MLS but without any of the hassle, delays, realtor fees, or commisions. Bryan explained everything clearly, transparently, and never made me feel pressured. He actually told me to sleep on the offer if needed, even knowing our time was tight due to foreclosure. I did alot of checking with the BBB and their title company who confirmed they have done hundreds of closings with them and genuinely had the cash to close (unlike two other companies I spoke to who couldn't prove they had the funds).

One thing I appreciated alot was their promptness and professionalism throughout the whole process. The support team, especially Heather, was wonderful and sweet to deal with. Ohio Cash Buyers even went above and beyond by letting us use two of their contractors for our last U-Haul load, and they did almost all of the heavy lifting for us. My husband and I hardly had to lift a finger.

If you're looking for a fair, fast cash offer—especially in a tough scenario like ours where you can't rely on MLS buyers—I highly recommend Bryan and his team.

They were a lifesaver, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I also love that they are a local family-owned company and have a real "bricks and mortar" office right here in Centerville. I really want to work with local people, not some of the others from AZ and FL that were calling me that seemed shady.

Everything was SEAMLESS!! I was recently in the process of putting a home on the market. Is the home needed to be renovated. I was struggling with the decision to renovate it myself, hire it out or sell the home as is. I reached out to Ohio Cash Buyers via email and was contacted by Tony almost immediately. After a few text back in forth i spoke with him on the phone and came up with a price which was surprisingly in the range i wanted to get out of it. I met witj a inspector within a week and closed on the home quicker than anticipated. They took care of all the paperwork. Setting up the initial appointment was simple, fast and comfortable. Tony came over and walked the house with my sister and I, then explained the whole process to us. It was easy to understand! From there, Heather and her office were a big help getting the estate process handled and filed for us, which was nice because that got more complicated than I thought it would.
