Complete scam

Complete scam - wish I’d seen the reviews before paying for service. This company DO NOT unlock phones - I believe they just hope people will not chase them for refunds in order to continue to make money. Over 3 weeks after paying for the premium fast tracked service of unlocking an iPhone 8plus it STILL sits at 9% completion (like it date at day 2). I have now started a chargeback via my bank and went to another supplier which had unlocked the phone within 48hrs. DO NOT give this company a penny. Shame on Giff Gaff for having them displayed as a recommended company to use to unlock phones - to date I have not seen anyone that successfully had a phone unlocked by them.

This company is a Sscam Scam Scam

This company is a Sscam Scam Scam . Beware!!! Do not do a mistake going after it. They ll take money from your account using the word “pre paid” and after 2 days they ll tell you that your phone is unlocked and ask you for alot of money on top of the money you already paid . They have no concern what ever you say or ask them they will only ask you money money and money. this website is a money making website who is taking money ny quoting thier terms and conditions which is not understood by the customer and make them blind by asking lots and lots of more money. This website should be banned as soon as possible as its from scammers

Delivered but very late

I paid a lot of money to have an iphone unlocked, having already been misled by another company. They gave me a timescale of 1-15 days and delivered in 35 days. That was a few days after I threatened to complain to Trading Standards, but that may have been a coincidence. Customer service did reply to my enquiries, claiming that the timescale was only a guide and basically saying they have no control over the timescale anyway. I don't know how they operate, but I suspect they are deliberately misleading people about what timescale they can really offer.

Avoid! Scammers taking your money and not delivering the service

Paid the money to unlock my phone and told me 3 weeks later they had issues with Vodafone and couldn't deliver the service. So asked for a refund and 2 months later I'm still waiting!
If you have been victim of this company, please write a review and update all the blogs you can find on the net.
Also raise your case to the Ombudsman and claim the money back through your bank.

SCAM!

I paid for my unlock at £25 as advertised and looking at my statement, it shows that they are based in Spain and I have been charged an additional £0.88. Not only that, I paid this on the 12th November and it is now the 18th and no unlock has taken place although advertised 24 hours! I have emailed this company several times with no reply.

I had spoken to someone previously through their chat function which conveniently doesnt seem to have any one available since making the payment.

Do not use this company to avoid of all these. Just go to your local market!!
