I love this mask, and it really does what it claims. My skin looks incredibly hydrated, and my fine lines are way less noticeable. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's a bit... See more

Masks for dewy face &less defined lines- +ve
These masks do make your face look hydrated, dull down wrinkles and make your skin dewy and nice. Yes you have to cut them to fit, but you know, we’re all unique individuals with a different face shape. They took a short while to arrive but not ridiculous. I think they’re worth the investment and shame others have to be so angry. Thanks Quasi, will probably buy again, particularly as part of a good skin regime and maybe the overnight liquid mask too as easier to use and leave on.

Caveat Emptor!!! Their business model is very much like…
Their business model is very much like that of Chinese scammers. I received 4 items, all crushed and 1 leaking. I sent them multiple photos and exchanged many emails. They offered me a choice of a refund or a replacement. Since it was for a gift, I had to find a substitute gift; therefore, I have no use for a replacement.
They have contradicted themselves multiple times. Now, if I return it and it's received by July 7th, (today is July 2. The next few days are holiday, therefore, it's impossible for any mail to reach their PO Box by July 7) if everything is intact, unopened, they will refund 85% of my money. 15% is a restocking fee. I scorned them for even considering restocking these damaged items, then, to send to someone else. Since they arrived damaged, I cannot make them look new. They aren't open except for the leaking one. This is the usual runaround scam that these Chinese companies practice. Their address is a P.O. Box. I'll have my bank handle it. I'll continue to post this review on other sites as well.

I am truly disappointed in myself for having placed an order with Quasi. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still do not have a delivery date. Their tracking system is horrible, it doesn’t even show where the package left from and when I should expect it. I will never order from them again.

It has been 15 days since I placed my order, and I haven't received it. I would like a refund. I'm starting to think this is a scam.

Must be a scam as others have indicated
So disappointing. Ordered one of these as a treat for an event, never arrived. When I contacted customer service they replied and said they would send another and I clarified my address. None arrived. Denying me a refund now and it's been over two months since my order. I will be reporting them unless a refund is received.

I love these masks, but…
I love these masks! Purchased on a BOGO Mother’s Day sale, buy 4 get 8 and only received 4😞
Have reached out to their customer service. Will wait and see how they resolve and change review accordingly.

Honestly I’m so disappointed
Honestly I’m so disappointed, these have been all over my Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Of course I wanted to try it! But honestly just so disappointed. The masks are cut wonky so you need to trim them down to fit your face. The reviews suggest there is lots of liquid in the packet… not so, it was just enough to have the mask damp. Then I woke and yes it was clear, but my skin just kind of felt sticky. I did as it suggested, cleansed my face, toner only. But just not impressed. The glowy skin these review videos show is just not the case. I wouldn’t waste your money. For information, I bought two packets, used one, hoping to return the other as part of their refund policy as it’s a waste of money.

Naturally
Naturally, I was dubious after seeing these all over social media. But I'm really pleased with the outcomes. Living in Colorado has caused my skin to become incredibly dry, and most creams only offer short-term relief. I was hydrated for days, not hours, thanks to these masks. Although the application requires some practice and is first clumsy, the benefits outweigh the learning curve. My skin had that desired "glass skin" appearance, which often calls for several different creams. Pricey for each masks, but not as much as would pay for expert care.

Very strange
I was skeptical, I mean who doesn’t want amazing skin!! But then I looked into the company. All positive reviews are from people who have never reviewed, who are from the US and who never posted a review before. Doesn’t that sound a bit strange?

These have been my secret weapon this
These have been my secret weapon this school year! Teaching in-person again has been stressful, and it was showing on my face. Started using these masks once a week and the difference is AMAZING. My students stopped asking if I was tired all the time! They're a bit pricey so I save them for tough weeks, but the results make them worth it. Ordering my 3rd box now!

These masks saved my skin before my
These masks saved my skin before my 30-year high school reunion! After months of intense training for a marathon, my face looked haggard and dehydrated. Used one mask the night before and another the morning of the event. Multiple classmates commented on how I "hadn't aged a day." Worth every penny for those special occasions when you need to look your absolute best.

My skin was dry
My skin was dry, lifeless, and older than my years after chemotherapy. I've used these masks as part of my healing process. I've been able to identify myself in the mirror one more thanks to the moisture and radiance they bring. I appreciate this little but significant step toward feeling like myself again, Quasi.

My complexion looks as tired as I feel after working 12 hours shifts at the hospital. These masks have changed people's lives. After especially difficult weeks, I take one and wake up feeling as though I've slept for eight hours straight! Well worth the money.

I never write reviews but had to for this! my skin has been horrible after pregnancy and nothing was helping. Used this mask before my sister's wedding (dreading photos) and my skin looked AMAZING! Even my mom asked what I did different. The price is steep but honestly it works better than $200 facials I've had. Only complaint is they're always sold out! ordering more now before they disappear again.

Purchased for my wife but ended up using one myself. Was thoroughly impressed with the results. At 56 with sun-damaged skin from years of outdoor activities, I noticed a significant improvement in texture and tone. Will purchase again.

It NOT a scam!
I ordered these masks on impulse when an ad popped up and I saw it. But I noticed it redirected me somewhere else. So I went to The official quasi website and ordered it from there. I’m not gonna lie, I thought it was a total scam once I started reading the reviews. But to my surprise these things work! They hydrate my dry skin. I’m using these with a combination of another product. I take collagen liquid supplements too. This mask is the icing on the cake!!

I am 72 years old and my granddaughter gave me these for my birthday. I thought they wouldn't work for my mature skin, but I've never been happier to be wrong! The difference was remarkable. My age spots didn't disappear but my skin looked plumper and more alive than it has in years. These old bones will be ordering more!
